Absolutely horrible customer service. Worked with multiple service reps and eventually the service manager who was “needed by everyone today” and incredibly unhelpful. When asked for help to see if other Toyota dealerships had the part needed for my car they said you can call yourself. After no work done on car then had to wait 40 minutes for my car to be returned to me. Will not be going back to this location. More
