Everything was Great until the mishandling of my down pymt. I really enjoyed my entire experience here. From the test driving to my questions being answered. The only fumble that occurred was during the final stages when my down payment was mishandled by finance. I specifically told the staff to not cash the check until the transfer of funds had cleared. As a resut i bounced my check because they did not follow through on my instruction. I still have yet to be reimbursed for the bank fees i was charged as I was promised by Hyundai Staff. If it were not for this i would of scored Stevens Creek Hyundai perfectly! More

Great Cars I went to this dealership just to check on pricing and ended up buying.
