My Ioniq5 had a battery issue, believed to be a vendor problem. The original problem and subsequent service issues very well explained. Despite the fact that it takes a few times to get the problem fix problem. The original problem and subsequent service issues very well explained. Despite the fact that it takes a few times to get the problem fixed, every time I was provided with courteous, professional services. The arrangements of temporary rental cars during the repair were exceptionally good. I am very happy with the team's expediency and knowledge to get me back to my Ioniq5. Super easy experience. I spent a whole day at another dealership who in the end couldn't come up with the car I wanted.
