They usually do their best to provide good service. I take into account that they had just installed a new phone system. This is an issue that began in February when I heard a noise coming from the en I take into account that they had just installed a new phone system. This is an issue that began in February when I heard a noise coming from the engine. I took it in and they diagnosed it as an air compressor issue. They put in my hand an invoice stating air compressor needs to be repaired or replaced. Client has full warranty coverage. They said they can fix it the next day or I could wait and bring it back later before the summer season (when AC is needed.). Since I was leaving for a trip on June 9, I called Stephen Honda on May 20 for an appointment for the repair. They couldn't find anything on file about that issue so I had to drive over and show them the invoice they handed me in February. Thankfully, they are. only 15 minutes away. Matt Hite kindly met me at the door and said he dug a little more and found the history. He asked if I could bring my car in the next day so that they could look at it to determine which part of the ac compressor needed to be repaired/replaced. Thankfully, they did it at no charge. So I took it in the next day and they said they would have to send it off to the warranty company and that it was no longer in the hands of Stephen Honda service. So I waited. I heard nothing the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and by the end of the week I took it in. I try to not be a pestering customer. So between May 22 and June 4someone dropped the ball in communicating and getting back with me about what the warranty company decided. A whole week went by and I heard nothing and I did try to talk to someone but when I finally got through with Steven Honda, they said I would have to call back to speak with the one in charge of maintenance appointments (Lisa Meeks) So I had to wait until she came back. The next week was when they had the new phone system installed. I tried. to speak with her but they were having problems, transferring my calls.So AGAIN I had to physically drive over to Steven Honda to try to figure out what is supposed to be done to my car and if the warranty is going to cover it and when I could have it done before the trip I was taking the following Monday. They couldn't repair it until Friday, but that was a day I had to be out of town, tending to a family member who is an amputee. It was just frustrating that there was so much wait time and lack of communication or hearing back from them. And that I had to drive to Steven Honda more than once to get answers and that neither of the warranty company nor Steven Honda got back in touch to me to let me know what was covered, what needed to be done and when they could do it before my trip. I don't want to stop going to Stevan Honda because like I said, I've usually had great experience with them. I guess when a warranty company is involved in the steps of repair, someone needs to make it clear to the customer how long it's going to take with that amount of poor communication so that I could plan accordingly. I mean, I thought I was really doing well too get the ball rolling on this repair when I called three weeks ahead of my trip. More

I've never had a bad experience at Harrisonburg Honda, now Steven Honda. Lisa, in the shop, is amazing! When it was confirmed that I needed new rotors, and I was told the computer system was down and they now Steven Honda. Lisa, in the shop, is amazing! Had to go back and have computer reset for oil life. It actually was kind of Amber in color and not clear. Also they didn’t top off the window washer fluid although it was supposed to have been done last time since I checked it when I had nearly a 1/2. Gallon low. Thanks Suzanne More
