Pulled into the service area to have my car serviced. It didn't appear to be that busy of a day. Stood beside by car, still running. Three service writers were on the phone. I stood in front of them 4-5 minutes and nobody ever said "I'll be right with you". I quickly got the impression that their job was to answer phone calls before waiting on a customer 4 feet away from them. More
