Major Front End Troubles Had an appointment. Was greeted promptly, troubles were assessed timely and courtesy shuttle took me home AND picked me up the next day. Price seeme Had an appointment. Worst service experience Worst possible service experience. Had a nine o'clock appointment. After two hours my car was not still ready, this was for an oil change service. I d Worst possible service experience. Had a nine o'clock appointment. After two hours my car was not still ready, this was for an oil change service. I demanded the car after the two hours and it was brought out. The oil had been changed, I hope the tires were rotated, have no idea. The tire pressure was NOT checked and the car was not washed. Two hours of aggravation for a service that should take less than an hour. Will not return or ever consider buying a car at this miserable dealership. They do not car about their customers. Use at your own risk. More

I purchased a 2004 yukon that had some problems and they were not responsible to get them fix but low and behold randy said we'll fix it and they sure enough did. I was expecting to have to fight with these folks to get them fixed but that was not the case. They stand behind their cars. If you buy from them talk to randy he is honest and will take care of ya. I hope to purchase again from them!!! More

Bait and switch on the deal benefits... avoid them. Bought a 2006 Ford Explorer from Steve Moore two years ago. At the time of the purchase as part of the 'deal' they offered a warranty that covered eve Bought a 2006 Ford Explorer from Steve Moore two years ago. At the time of the purchase as part of the 'deal' they offered a warranty that covered everything for the life of the loan (5 years). Despite the price of the vehicle being a little high and the sales tactics a little pushy, because of my wife's coworkers experiences I figured it might be worth the little extra cost to establish a long term relationship with a good local dealer. Mistake. Fast forward two years... my ABS light came on due to a cracked ABS tone ring. Called to get the warranty information, and was told that it is actually a 24 month warranty not the 5 year life of the loan I was told I was getting. The cost of the warranty was $2,000. what idiot would knowingly pay $2,000. for a two year warranty on a car with less than 100k miles? When I opened my paperwork, I found the warranty sheet with my notes reflecting the conversation. I also found the 'actual warranty' which was never signed, because it was never presented to me to sign. It was folded up and stuffed in an envelope with all of the other paperwork. Amazing how they simply forgot to have me sign that one sheet of paper that differed from the deal they offered to get me to sign. This is a simple clear bait and switch tactic they used after taking 6 hours to run the full purchase process. Its crooked business. Very disappointed (obviously)... The repair will cost me $800 but in all honesty, its worth the cost because it would have cost me way more in the long run to do business with Steve Moore again. More
