I had positive experiences with Steve Hanh VW service in the past. This time, the advisor gave me mistaken advice that conflicted with actual VW maintenance schedule. On top of that, they sold me an unnecessary fuel treatment, not required by the manufacturer (and didn't perform the AWD, which is actually required). To top it off, the tech left grease stains on the door panel and seat. More
