My agent today was Christian Salas was very impatient and would rather you pay a higher price rather than checking to see what deals the dealership might have going on especially for what you came for. and would rather you pay a higher price rather than checking to see what deals the dealership might have going on especially for what you came for. I came for oil change which I had a coupon $49.95. Thru the diagnostic check I need a cabin filter and a wheel alignment. This week coupon was for an oil change was $39.95and the alignment was $79.95 where as I paid 119.99. Had Mr. Salas told me of the special I would have gone with the pricing for this week’s special. He was very impatient when I questioned about the bill because a different price was told to me. I am not pleased at all with the way I was treated today. It seems that Sterling McCall Nissan doesn’t care about the principle and integrity of quality service or their customers getting jacked. My advice to anyone who goes for servicing their automobile be leery of their pricing because their agents are hungry and will overcharge you. More

I would buy my car directly from the service manager, Mr. Lun Lu. He is incredibly professional, unbelievably knowledgeable. His service is over the top 1,000,000% I am forever, grateful for his quality, his mechanics even taken the time to make a video to explain. It is unfortunate. I do not speak Car language, especially when it comes to making cars and repairs. Nevertheless, his mechanics & staff made it incredibly easy for me to fully understand the problem at hand My hat goes off to whoever trained him, Mr. Lun Lu not only divested his knowledge. He continued further by keeping me informed his staff was quick, however, Mr. Lun Lu is personable.
