Initial communication with dealership in text format was great! However, after I brought the vehicle in for the recall service, I had no communication from the service department. I was told vehicle would great! However, after I brought the vehicle in for the recall service, I had no communication from the service department. I was told vehicle would be ready by end of day and that I could use a link to see status of the work being done. Neither was true. It was not ready by end of day, and the status link just said vehicle was there. In the morning when I tried to call/communicate with the contact link I was given, but I kept getting disconnected. I went back to the original contact method and they tried to help by contacting the service department. Finally managed to call the service department, they mentioned the service rep I had spoken to and delivered my car to, was out that day. It didn’t look like anything had been done during the 5 hours the previous day while they had my car. The work stated around 10am the next day and I was able to pick up at noon. More
I had a great experience working with the current finance office regarding my EV tax credit issue. Unfortunately, the previous finance officer did not file the required online form with the IRS, which caused me to lose the opportunity to receive the EV credit directly from the IRS. As the current financial director, Mr. Tosh handled the situation professionally and took responsibility for correcting the mistake. He worked with me promptly, and ultimately provided a reimbursement check from the dealership to make things right. I truly appreciate the dealership's honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for standing behind your customers and resolving the issue fairly. More
