The service department was amazing. I always go there to have my routine maintenance done. Every time I go it’s always a great experience. Today was extremely busy. Gino and the service I always go there to have my routine maintenance done. Every time I go it’s always a great experience. Today was extremely busy. Gino and the service manager were both showing that cars were getting checked in quickly. Cars were moving out quickly Gino seem to be running the flow of the incoming and outgoing cars. The sales manager was making sure that everybody was taking care of. He was floating around. I always seem to get a different service advisor and they are always very helpful, explain what my car is needing , I just love the service I get from the service department. I believe it starts from the top and it shows from the leadership of the service manager. Let’s not forget Gino every time I go in it’s on Saturday and of course the busiest day he’s always running smiling. Can he really enjoy His job. The best personality and customer service from him. More

First time to your dealership, which I purchased the vehicle from, for service. Alex was very nice. Unfortunately I do have one concern. Online the A1-2 Premium Honda Package is advertised for $269.95 vehicle from, for service. Alex was very nice. Unfortunately I do have one concern. Online the A1-2 Premium Honda Package is advertised for $269.95. While checking in for my 7AM appointment, Alex reviewed with me the services included in the package and its pricing. No mention was made of any additional charges for this service except taxes, however, my bill included an additional “shop charge” of $30.80. When I questioned this charge, I was told they never know what that charge will be so it is not mentioned initially. I find this somewhat alarming and makes me hesitant to schedule any additional services at your dealership. More
