The service dept initial personal contact (female) was very rude to my wife. We called and made an appointment and then was told that’s is on the dealer side. Overall very unprofessional. We have been getting our Honda products serviced at this dealer for over 11 years and bought 4 vehicles from them. Never again I’ll drive to another dealer before ever setting foot in their lot to buy a car. Customer service sucks. More

This survey should not havr be sent to me since my wife initiated the call and appointment using her information. She was glad she passed the inspection, but the paperwork received was vague especially initiated the call and appointment using her information. She was glad she passed the inspection, but the paperwork received was vague especially the Multi Point Inspection. The MPI form was sitting on the passenger seat and no explanation was read regarding the inspection. The area's of the form were all blank except the "under hood" section. No body (service adivsor) escorted my wife to her car to make sure all was acceptable. When I asked her about the MPI we had to look at the form since nothing was explained and nothing was on the form....lol. More
