Prompt and recommended service provider. I did have to be persistent when dropping off the problem car however. One service advisor thought the problem was solved because the car was running I did have to be persistent when dropping off the problem car however. The battery had been drained and I recharged it before bringing it in without discovering what had caused the problem. I politely insisted I leave it for a proper diagnosis. Through this process it was determined that the brake light stopper had not cut off and the constant light had discharged the battery in the idle car over the next 36 hours. The stopper was replaced and that apparently solved the problem. My initial insistence and a subsequent proper diagnosis and replacement of the problem part by the dealer proved successful. Thx.
