this is rating is for the service department. they are stellar. but the dealership itself - NO. horrible finance officers and even sales. dont know why I keep doing business with them but they ha they are stellar. but the dealership itself - NO. horrible finance officers and even sales. dont know why I keep doing business with them but they have a sales manager before and he was great. only to find out he was gone when it was time for us to get a new vehicle. so I was just forced to suck up dealing with other sales people cause I was trying to mediate my decision to leaving the dealership only to go to another horrible or more horrible place. sales are just there to make sales and not make ar least a longer relationship of doing business to loyal LOCAL customers. weve been leasing Honda for almost 25 years- these dealership doesnt acknowledge that as trait of potential customer that they should take care of cause of their loyalty but just look at you as a dollar sign. the former manager was never like that and will help you in every possible way he can. be prepared as well dealing with their pushy finance officers, somw even think you are that dumb to just buy whatever they are trying to sell you. buyer beware More
