They work great with you to get the sale and after that, it goes south. The after sale side is horrible. I purchased my Jeep in early July while on vacation and since then, my temp tag has expired and my lo it goes south. The after sale side is horrible. I purchased my Jeep in early July while on vacation and since then, my temp tag has expired and my local DMV still hasn't received the paperwork or taxed to tag my vehicle in my home state. I started calling a week before the temp tag expired and left numerous messages with no return call. It is now going on 3 weeks and I have finally spoken with 4 different people who all say they will get on it but nothing. Absolutely the worst customer service and follow up I have ever had. Will not recommend this dealer at this time at all. More
Showed up this morning for an appointment to get my trailer wiring harness brake lights turned on, and dealer-code added for the trailer hitch installed that was OEM. Montana the service writer walked up, and from first glance she knew who I was and said "You are the one with the tow hitch dealer code/wiring harness enable to turn on the brake lights". I go yeah that's me for an appointment. She goes yeah we can't do that... I signed up for the appointment the week before to do this, and this morning after my hour commute I get told that it's not available? To top it all off she goes "we tried to contact you at the number you left on file for awhile. I have no missed calls from anyone, no voicemails etc. This is my second attempt at getting this fixed. Once in Crestview, and now the second time here come on. I'd rate the experience 0 stars just because of the overall attitude when pulling in and telling me it's my own fault for making an appointment. More
Day of car buying wasn’t bad, I actually enjoyed the experience. Since then the follow up service has been none existent. I’m three weeks out and I have yet to receive the paperwork I requested. WARNING! I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this service department if you have any work that needs to be done! I have had to take my Jeep back six times and they still have not fixed my Jeep f this service department if you have any work that needs to be done! I have had to take my Jeep back six times and they still have not fixed my Jeep from problems they caused. My oil was not properly inspected after I brought my Jeep in for an oil housing repair. Only after bringing my Jeep back in twice to be checked for noise issues did we find my Jeep had almost no oil. This should have been checked every time according to there 27 multipoint inspection on all of my documents. My jeep was ran for 30 days before it was determined it had no oil after they "repaired it". After, they tried to fix my motor from the lack of oil I still had problems that they still have yet to take responsibility for. My vehicle is still currently spewing antifreeze after they so called fixed it by tightening a clamp. When talking to the managers they say that the car was driven extensively to test for issues and all were corrected however that is not true I have a pictures below. I got it home the same day and antifreeze was every where there is no way they are truthful to customers and do not have your best interest in mind. Good luck if you take you vehicle here hope it survives. More
I never thought I would buy a car from a female. To my delight, Carol Ingram knows her cars. I had the best expierence, and have bought many new cars in my lifetime. Carol made it painless, returned calls within minutes. That is very important to me. I got a great deal. The finance department, was unpleasant, pushy, would not take no for an answer. And seemed aggravated with me. I did not like that part of my expierence and almost walked out without buying a car. I gritted my teeth and stood firm and after saying no a minimum of 5 times to added warrantys, I finally got my car. Dealership was very clean, tons of inventory to choose from. I would definitely reccomend. More
Absolutely abysmal service, they pretty much lie to get you to show up and then never give you the time of day once you are there. Would NOT recommend to anyone, unless you want to waste hours of your time you to show up and then never give you the time of day once you are there. I have spent a total of four hours of my life that I will not get back trying to get an oil change here. Was told you do not need an appointment. Showed up four hour wait. My husband went again today. Three hour wait. Nobody there cares. Set a xxxx appointment for me. I dont have time to drive around and then be told I need to wait 3 or more hours for a oil change. We bought our daughter a 2021 Jeep Wrangler unlimited for Christmas on December 11, 2020. A day before we were to drive to Fort Walton to pick it up they inform us that the radio screen was not workin for Christmas on December 11, 2020. A day before we were to drive to Fort Walton to pick it up they inform us that the radio screen was not working properly ( it was green ) although you could still see some it. They assured us they had already let the service Dept know and they had ordered a new radio and would let us know as soon as it came in. Which we would have to make a another drive back to Fort Walton to have the Radio fixed under warranty. They also informed us that they had given the second key to the service dept already (why) Why would you do that ??? we have to drive the jeep back there (which uses a key) so why would you inconvenience your customer that way! We asked for the second key while there of course and was told it was locked up in service and not able to get to it . well here we are January 20, 2021 radio still not fixed, radio is on back order and with no ETA. Asked if spare key could be mailed to us until radio does come in and now we get told they have misplaced the spare key !!! Needless to say not the best experience with this purchase and not very happy with the customer service we've received so far. More
