Update! Thank you Brian! Brian the GM had to get involved to determine a solution to my mechanical issues and this 5 star rating is completely dedicated to him. I appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, & especially his sense of humor when I was beyond aggravated. He was very personable & literally checked in with me everyday until I had my jeep back on the road! My critique, it would have been wonderful if I was compensated for the $3,400 labor fees that I paid for & the jeep wasn’t fixed & wouldn’t change gears. Nevertheless, I am thrilled Brian was my advocate, he truly went above & beyond to help me!

Service Dept: left my jeep on 4/22 to have my breaks serviced for the 3rd time in 3 years still no ABS module available & to have the timing belt set… Brett Skeens said “it is changing gears” after I explained my jeep isn’t changing gears & was dangerous to drive! My jeep had no transmission issues until after it was serviced by them on 4/22/25; $5000 later $3400+ labor fees to make my jeep worse! It now struggles to start, it no longer shifts gears, all the lights come on including flashing engine light … took them 1 month to NOT return my calls. I kept calling every week. Spoke to AP very pleasant but I couldn’t get there by 4:30 & the following morning the jeep would no longer crank! Then spoke to Jack who said Montana would call to schedule a pick up time for my jeep to be towed, never happened. I called back talked to Montana she said that she had no idea I was waiting on her call for over two weeks. Montana stated she would call me the following Mon with details for towing… she never called. I called back Monday afternoon, Belle (not sure) told her what was going on & finally Josh the guy from the towing company contacted me four times just in the process of towing the jeep (he obviously doesn’t work there) However, when he dropped off the jeep they literally asked him “what’s wrong with it?” Are you kidding me?Finally, Brett called me back again Fri to tell me, the Jeep isn’t shifting gears! Really? I stated that a month ago, BUT he now insists that the ABS module that has been broke for three years is the reason my gears in an automatic are not shifting… though they have been shifting for the three years it has been broke? But I have also been told that it didn’t matter I don’t have a functioning ABS system. He told me to buy an ABS system from a junk yard, pay someone other than Jeep Service dept to rebuild it and it May or May not work but THEY can’t guarantee or fix my Jeep! It’s only 10 years old with less than 125,000 miles! I’m at my whits end what is going on with this service department? Suggestions? I mean Jeeps have been in my family for years… they last forever OR they are supposed too!

BUYER BEWARE:Purchased 2010 Dodge ram 1500 pick up in Jan 24 for $15,000 and a trade in. Approximately Oct 24, took to tuffy auto repair in Gulf breeze for what was supposed to be a simple fix , left there with truck running worse than when I brought it there, next day I took the truck to tuffy in Mary Esther, technician there said it needed to go to the dealership where they would have better diagnostic equipment. Within a few days CDJ Fort Walton bch. Said the motor had expired. Purchased a remanufactured engine for approximately $14,000. Feb 2025 that engine expired under warranty, they tried to "fix" something on the engine and run into more complications supposedly and now it's just useless conversations on the phone with staff at the service center. Now I've got $29,000, a trade in, Approximately $6,000 in rental car expenses and numerous other debts which have occurred because of this. All for a 2010 Dodge ram pickup that just sits in there parking lot. All I get from staff is " I know", "I'm sorry", and " I apologize". BUYER BEWARE.

What's the purpose of having all the tools on your site requesting a call back and some information on purchasing a jeep if the salesperson [Mike] decided to call you to find out you're 5 hours away, and not able to do a test drive but im in currentlylooking to buy as soon as possible. He then decide to give you the xx "I have a customer in the showroom" I will get back to you shortly. NEVER hear back from him or the dealer. Pointless

I had an appointment on 21st Nov 2024 which is a Thursday to have my Jeep checked for an engine noise and oil change. My Jeep still was not looked at until Monday morning and even when I arrived. that afternoon at 2 the oil change was not completed. I still waited almost 2 more hours. Also never received any notification about how good my service was.

Mike Priest, my salesman, was honest, fair, and caring during my purchase of a 2019 Used Highlander. The entire management staff was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Mike in the future. Great experience!
