Mike Priest, my salesman, was honest, fair, and caring during my purchase of a 2019 Used Highlander. The entire management staff was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Mike in the futu during my purchase of a 2019 Used Highlander. We brought in our jeep to have the stereo upgraded with a factory stereo we obtained that allows use of Bluetooth in lieu of the system the jeep originally came with that does not. We spoke on the phone wit factory stereo we obtained that allows use of Bluetooth in lieu of the system the jeep originally came with that does not. We spoke on the phone with an employee to ensure the process would be a success. I took off work to bring the jeep in and sat for hours after paying $275, the stereo system did not work. My husband alerted the manager via phone after weeks of trying to get in touch with a manager, only to find out they would not reimburse us nor fix the issue. This place is terrible managed and we would not recommend doing any business with them. More
Bought a brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport S and had a great sales experience. After that it all fell apart. Immediately noticed a leak in my passenger front door during rain. Notified my salesman Austin great sales experience. After that it all fell apart. Immediately noticed a leak in my passenger front door during rain. Notified my salesman Austin Gaines who said he would get me scheduled. Never heard from him again and had to schedule myself. From there is was dropped off in services where is sat for a week without even being looked at. Needed my vehicle back and when I came to pick it up I asked to talk to any manager who was free and was told all were busy. Waited for one for the next 30 minutes before I left. You’ll have faster service if you drive it straight into the ocean and have insurance get you a new one More
I went and looked at a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax diesel back at the beginning of May. The service department told me that there was a low oil pressure issue and that it was just a sensor. They repla diesel back at the beginning of May. The service department told me that there was a low oil pressure issue and that it was just a sensor. They replaced the oil sensor and I came to test drive the truck again and the low oil pressure warning still populated. The service department then replaced the oil pump. I came again on June 8th, 2024 and test drove the truck and the warning didn’t populate for the short time I drove it. I purchased the vehicle and drove it home about an hour with no issues. The next day the oil pressure light came on again. I returned the truck for them to fix the issue. The problem turned out to be the harness from the oil pump to the ECM. They replaced the part and the truck runs great. About a month later I noticed oil in the driveway and what looks to be a chunk taken out of the transmission housing where it connects to the fly wheel. They had to drop the transmission to replace the oil pump. I went under the truck and noticed the lower and upper oil pan was leaking. Also, the harness they “replaced” was heinous… the routing was awful… the wires were exposed and had zero shielding on them. If I had to guess, the issue will probably come back due to the possibility of wire chaffing from vibration. When I asked for the paperwork from the work done, I was constantly ignored and I can see exactly why. I decided to go a different route and I drove the truck to Step One GMC in Pensacola, Florida for them to tell me that step one Chrysler ordered the oil pump from AMAZON…. They didn’t even replace the oil pump with an OEM pump. This is something unacceptable by a DEALERSHIP. I trust that this dealer will do their work the right way. ALSO, when I received a rental from the dealer when they were replacing the oil pump, they put me in a Jeep renegade. Come on people…. I had an awesome experience with my salesman and woman, Roger and Chelsea. Also the finance manager, Johnathon, was amazing as well. They’re the only ones that kept me sane during this time of frustration. The sales department is spot on but the service is awful and they seem to shotgun parts, cut corners, and use parts from Amazon. If you’re looking to take your vehicle in for service, or anything else… I recommend you run far away and go somewhere else. I hope this review reaches the highest level of management and to people that think they’re doing their vehicle a service by taking it to Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Drove two hours to go look at a jeep Wrangler. Salesman wanted me to sit inside to work out deal and I stated that we could work one out without doing the back-and-forth. He asked what we wanted a Salesman wanted me to sit inside to work out deal and I stated that we could work one out without doing the back-and-forth. He asked what we wanted and I told him three things He then stated he was too stupid to remember those three things and that we needed to go sit at the table and write it down I told him to go in and get a price from his manager and come back out and tell me what they discussed. After 20 minutes and two text messages that were never responded to, We left to go buy some new sunglasses and I text him that I would be back. When we returned, my husband walked in and the manager who he had previously met and two other salesman just stared at him We ended up leaving and never heard a word. We were serious about buying a car Whether it be cash or finance (We were going to do what would give us the better deal) and were completely dismissed. The salesman never even texted back to say hey we can’t work out a deal (which we were only asking 3000 off the listed price) or we can’t change out the tires for you (We asked them to take off Falcon mud terrain tires for BF Goodrich KO2). The car was meant for my daughter who is 15 We were never rude and we never represented ourselves, Completely unprofessional. Looks like I’m not the only one who is giving them a low review. More

If I could leave a negative review I would. I called to schedule a service appointment for my 2023 Ram truck. An issue with filling the gas tank so it would be under warranty. They scheduled I called to schedule a service appointment for my 2023 Ram truck. An issue with filling the gas tank so it would be under warranty. They scheduled me for the following week, which was fine. Dropped it off on a Wednesday morning, the day of my appointment. The advisor mentioned that they were behind so might not get to it until Thursday…. That’s fine. Thursday rolls around he tells me they won’t get to it until probably Monday. Monday rolls around and just tells me based on flow it wont be seen today either…. They are the worst and about to take my truck back and drive all way to Pensacola or Crestview for my warranty appointments. More
I purchased a new Ram truck in Sept 2023 and the sales folks were great they found a vehicle that was close to what i was looking for and all went well. in Oct 2023 I received a letter from the Florida D folks were great they found a vehicle that was close to what i was looking for and all went well. in Oct 2023 I received a letter from the Florida DMV telling me my driver's license was going to be suspended because I cancelled my insurance on my old truck and that the license tag from my old truck was still on the vehicle. I found out that the folks at the Fort Walton R each Ram dealership transferred the tag from my trailer to my new truck? Not sure why but I was driving around with a tag not belonging to my vehicle and no tag on my lawnmower trailer... I had to spend 4+ hours at the DMV getting this problem fixed and to make sure my driver's license was not suspended. It cost me a day's work, 50+ dollars at the DMV, and when I brought it to the attention of a manager at the Ram dealership, they did not seem concerned. I asked what they would do about my issue after giving them all the information from the DMV he just said he would look into it, and I had to ask for compensation for the poor work and what additional expense. the only thing I got in return was call us the next week and was more or less shuffled out the door. The follow up service at this dealership is very poor and I do not believe i will do any more business with them in the future. More
