I wanted to take the time to do a review for Valerie Salinas. This young lady always welcomes me with a smile when I pulled up in service department, always takes the time to make sure that I understand Salinas. I purchased my 2020 Palisade here when they were in their former building. When I pulled up to the new facility, the garage door automatically opened allowing me to pull in and up to the Service Advisors' a former building. When I pulled up to the new facility, the garage door automatically opened allowing me to pull in and up to the Service Advisors' area. I was so glad when Faith came out to greet me - she has been a long-time, dedicated employee! I left my car for diagnosis and had the AC repaired (I'm glad I got the extended plan!). Faith was fantastic at keeping me up to date with estimates and timelines. The Service area is beautiful, by the way! More
Terrible Service under this new Owner. My Wife's Sonata Hybrid lost power doing 60 mph in heavy traffic on Ben White Blvd. Dash warning appeared: Hybrid Battery Failure. then, Turn Off E My Wife's Sonata Hybrid lost power doing 60 mph in heavy traffic on Ben White Blvd. Dash warning appeared: Hybrid Battery Failure. then, Turn Off Engine. It was towed to Steele Hundai/Kyle where their tech guy cleared the warning codes without writing them down. then drove it 50 miles and reported: After two weeks and many calls and failures to return my calls, they said, the warnings did not reappear and said she should drive it until the warnings came on again and presented me with a $250 bill for "evaluation". I could have gotten that advice for free at AutoZone; And A.Zone would have had the good sense to write down the error codes that indicated what the problem is. I've never experienced such distain for their customers and uttler lack of professionality. More

Buyer beware! Where do I start smh. The car I bought is great ‘21 Sant Fe Hybrid's but I’ve had maybe the worst service I ever. I bought this car with 5 years 60k Where do I start smh. The car I bought is great ‘21 Sant Fe Hybrid's but I’ve had maybe the worst service I ever. I bought this car with 5 years 60k miles free oil change and at 38k they have been denying this service and it’s in my Hyundai Protection Plan and made me pay. The manager found the mistake and promised to pay me back in Oct. 23 and I haven’t received the check yet. I go to get another free oil change and get my money back from the last one and after arguing with the first person the new manager comes out and says they don’t honor the previous owner Beaslys contract that they are Steele Hyundai now. I told them it’s still Hyundai’s Protection plan. They still denied it. I called Hyundai Protection plan and they said that Steele has claimed these before for my vehicle and doesn’t understand why they are denying it. It’s accepted in any hyundai nationwide. I want my $$ back! Do not buy from there or get service. They don’t have any knowledge of their business. They even almost ruined my car by not screwing in the oil filter in tightly and all the oil spilled out causing me to get towed. What a nightmare. More
Three issues,1. Took the car in for a recall, while Three issues, 1. Took the car in for a recall, while there the serviceman scratched the hood of the car. I complained and they said to bring it back Three issues, 1. Took the car in for a recall, while there the serviceman scratched the hood of the car. I complained and they said to bring it back in to have it repaired. They took a brush and dappled paint onto the scratch. It looked like a young child had painted it, I refused to accept the repair, so they said to bring it in to have their guy repaint the hood. Two days later after leaving the car I call to check on the status and find that the detail crew was going to "set up" plastic to spray the area. I had to demand they do it professionally and have it done properly in a paint booth by a professional automotive painter. Eight days later I finally get the car back. Eleven days without the car and no car was provided for the inconvenience. 2. I purchased the Roger Beasley plan for oil changes and state inspections. They told me that the oil changes could be performed at the Roger Beasley Georgetown location. I took to Georgetown for the oil change and after about 50 miles driven, the check engine light and oil pressure light illuminates. I immediately stop. I called the Georgetown dealership and told them about the issue. They denied that they would have done anything that might have caused the issue. I had the car towed to Round Rock Hyundai and the service department there found that the Georgetown had installed the wrong oil filter. Fortunately, the Round Rock Hyundai wrote up a report about what they found, and Roger Beasley refunded my cost to Round Rock Hyundai. They were unable to determine if any damage had been done by not having the proper uniquely designed oil filter. Obviously, the service department doesn't pay attention to what they are doing, and the service manager doesn't oversee the training and quality of service. 3. While purchasing a 2016 Sante Fe the salesman told us that all navigation updates are available online free of charge or bring the car in and they will update it for free. I find out that it's not available to update online and that I had to purchase it from Hyundai. I called the dealer, He refused to honor the salesman's commitment to update the system because it's 6 years old. Well, that's why we update, to keep things current. He said they wouldn't honor because the salesman was no longer there and wanted it in writing the promise he made. I said I'd pay the $25.00 cost for a new SD card, but the $18.00 shipping was out of line. They could order it and have it shipped to them as a normal delivery. The manager refused. I love my Hyundai but stay away from Roger Beasley!! More

Buyer Beware Buyers beware! DO NOT BUY from Rodger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle! Their dealers will sell you cars with issues and have no problem telling you to your fa Buyers beware! DO NOT BUY from Rodger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle! Their dealers will sell you cars with issues and have no problem telling you to your face that basically, it sucks for you. Their service department sucks and doesn't listen or basically forgets things they need to look at because of the number of issues wrong with the car. And it leads to months and months of problems. When you've finally accepted the fact the car you bought is in fact a lemon. They won't offer anything but you guessed it MORE expensive service. So instead of the car, I got talked out of because it would have been a $500.00 a month payment and I couldn't qualify for? I got sold a lemon that I have to pay $338.00 a month for and an additional $200.00 a month on constantly fixing in service and paying a grand total of $538.00 a month. At this point, I would pay to buy back my 2006 Honda Odyssey with 200+ thousand miles on it, then deal with this 2010 Hyundai Veracruz with 65 thousand miles on it when I bought it, for five more minutes. After EVERYTHING today the total price they wanted us to pay for the things they finally admitted was wrong was $1,138.49 and the only thing that they fixed was my sunroof! List of things wrong with the vehicle: 1.) Sunroof: Didn't work from the moment we got it and didn't care because I don't use it but, hey at least it's fixed now! Because a fuse was loose! More on that later! 2.) A.C has constant issues staying cold: It blows hot humid air around the car. Doesn't matter how long it been running, it will randomly stop blowing cold air. I mentioned it 5/26/2020 and had it "looked at" it was not acknowledged or fixed I resorted to buying a can of refrigerant which ended up being useless because the cars at it's the max amount. 3.) Tires and balance: The vibration from the tires is so bad that you can't even look in the rearview mirror because it's shaking so hard, Or hear music from the radio over the sound emanating from the undercarriage of the vehicle. I told the dealership last visit that there was a lump in the back passenger tire. They confirmed it and I paid $200 to have it replaced and the others rotated out and balanced. This is the second tire I had to replace. It was not acknowledged by the dealership upon buying that it needed new tires. My fault for not checking personally. After now paying $400.00 already and having the last tire replaced 5/26/20 I was told then by the dealership that the remaining tires had another few thousand miles on them. (I have video proof that the technician sent me. If I can attach it I will) They didn't make it another 200 miles. A week later my car was vibrating again. Today it's worse than ever at both low and high speeds. I'm actually terrified to drive it. And was told they would replace the remaining two bad tires for $509.49 4.) Blown fuses: I can't even charge my phone and we replace them WEEKLY to make anything in the console work. Got told the car is just too old to support the simple charger I'm using. 5.) Whistling in the dash when accelerating: Not acknowledged or looked at. And it's worse after today's experience 7/6/2020 complete with a new constant rattling noise. 6.) Battery dying every month: Today 7/6/2020 They finally admitted after I brought it in explaining the issues going on with it randomly dying 5/26/20 that it was bad! (again video evidence) Cost of a new battery and disposal $122.75 + $3.00 7.) The positive battery plate is corroded: After ALSO being brought up on 5/26/20 date and told like the battery that it was fine, they want $ 501.74 to replace. 8.) And last but not least my favorite... The button to unlock the gas tank door is broken and I have to open my gas tank through a panel in the trunk of the vehicle and pull a string to access it, was told today. "It only works if you have the car on." This was never explained to me for one. It's kinda ridiculous when you've been told to turn off your car your entire life to put gas in it. And it has in fact worked when the car has been off for several months! The only thing that was fixed and acknowledged was my sunroof. The one thing I didn't care about and didn't affect me at all. Everything else I was told was my fault, I was too stupid to know better or "It worked when I did it." And after telling them how much money I already spent and that I didn't want to spend anymore they wanted to charge me an additional $1,138.49 to fix problems I have been asking them to fix from WEEK ONE. Lesson learned don't buy used. A powertrain warranty is basically useless. And lemon laws only protect you if you have a manufacturer's warranty, which you can only get on a brand new car. If your screwed your screwed. They did tell me I could trade up for negative equity for a higher car payment on a cheaper car aka one less than $6k. Or they could get me into a brand new one because "blah blah blah after rebates, blah blah blah" I'm somehow going to have enough money, positive credit, and no negative equity to manage a brand new car payment on a $20,000.00 new vehicle! Note: I have only had this car for 7 months. I also acknowledge normal wear and tear on vehicles. I acknowledge that I am not a saint or a mechanic. But I knew when something went wrong. I have enough BASIC knowledge to know what I described to them from the beginning was wrong and that they didn't fix or acknowledge the things I asked of them. And if you look at the reviews below you will find that the same issues arise over and over and when the dealership responds its the customer's fault because the dealership did everything they could to make the customer "happy." I will never buy another Hyundai again. Stay away from this dealership. More
