Sales Person was great I worked with Steve and he was great. I ended up getting a sale with him ad couldn't be happier. I am however slightly disappointed with how management handled the manning of the promotional event that was going on. I completely expected a little more of a delay but I had to wait over 2 1/2 hours after i signed the financial paperwork just to get my car. They had it detailed in about 45 mins and then I had to keep walking back into the sale room to try and get the attention of my sales person. Who was now handling another customer. Again I do not fault him one bit but I feel if they hold another promotion then they need to work out the kinks. I had all the attention before the sale and after that I felt like I didnt exist which is unacceptable. That being said Steve will do everything he can to meet your requirements. More
No Stress, New Car Were greeted immediately even though very busy. When salesperson was not immediately available, manager asked a few questions to determine what we were looking for and set up a test drive of the Impreza Upon return, our salesperson Steve was available and took us for a test drive of the Crosstrek. We were able to discuss pricing and make a decision quickly. Very easy stress free process. Everyone was pleasant, quick to answer questions even assisted with connecting to car's technology. Followed up after purchase to make sure we had no questions. More

Good people, good place, major parts communication problem Been servicing Subaru’s here for several years—always efficient, courteous, good explanations, reasonable prices. Just had tow hitch installed, and nothing has gone right: —told I could have 2” receiver, told 2” was installed, but 1.25 was installed. Oops. —Told 1.25 was subaru standard from 2017. Nice to be told after the fact. —told from start I would have to supply ball. None in inventory, at $95 no wonder. —The kicker: tow xxxxx are sold with specific screw thicknesses and lengths. Service, who installed, couldn’t tell me my requirement. Parts, who sold, couldn’t tell me. Manuals, catalogs, google didn’t have answers. “Sorry.” Sorry? —I had to ask for national contact, was given customer service. They took my call on sat a.m. good. But they have to research the answer and get back to me. We’ll see —had I been given the 2” i was promised before and after the sale I would know the answers. I don’t think subaru should sell sonething for which they can’t seem to supply this basic info. Very disappointed and upset. Subaru, really? —Where’s that subaru love when you need it? More

Good people, bad service. Everybody who have worked with that this dealership is way nicer then you would expect, they're very informative and they're very helpful. I spent almost $1,300 over for visits within the course of a week and a half. Half of that was trying to fix one problem. It took themthree visits to figure out that I had a misfire, the first two times they thought it was an ABS sensor I had that replace for $400 total. And then I went back a third time because the problem was still there, and they told me I had a misfire. More
