Terrible I bought a used car from Stateline Subaru. After waiting two weeks for my registration they called me to come in for a sticker, oil change and to hav I bought a used car from Stateline Subaru. After waiting two weeks for my registration they called me to come in for a sticker, oil change and to have a button looked at on the middle console. Came in at 8:30 at 11:30 upon my return nothing was done! Marc told me to come back for 4pm. Upon second return and wasting my whole day only sticker and reg were done. Marc said I would have to see sales about button because he won’t fix it. Sales manager Brian extremely rude and not helpful said he won’t cover coat to fix the button. They didn’t even try to fix the problem . Spoke to GM he was useless as well he did not care about my time that was wasted. He gave me the run around and wanted me to make another appt next week just so they can tell me that they can’t fix the problem again. The upsetting part is that no one even addressed the issue they just avoided it and wasted my time. I will never use this dealership again or recommend it to anyone! More

Communication is key Overall my experience at Stateline Subaru was okay. I had already selected the car that I wanted before showing up as I was looking for a used vehicle Overall my experience at Stateline Subaru was okay. I had already selected the car that I wanted before showing up as I was looking for a used vehicle. But the salesman that sold me the car was very polite and helpful with the questions that I had. When it came time to go to finance I had no issues. The man who helped with the financing though failed to communicate to Josh, my salesman, that the car needed to be delivered the next day and that he had the plates at the dealership. So after calling to make sure it would be delivered at a certain time it turned out there were no plans to drop it off. The car was dropped off on time despite that, but without the plates. The issue was resolved in the end resulting in my sufferage and no offer from the dealership for compensation. More
