Old car died... wanted to stick with Subaru I needed a reliable wagon to transport my 78 yr old mom and 100 yr old grandmother and their walker and wheelchair respectively. I had my previous Outback wagon for 13 years and it never let me down, and it was just the right height for my mom and grandma to get in and out without struggling. So I’m committed to Subaru 100%. Best case scenario I got screwed over by another dealership (Prestige Auto in Westport MA) and the guys in the service department at Stateline were extremely patient and I got screwed over by another dealership (Prestige Auto in Westport MA) and the guys in the service department at Stateline were extremely patient and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Service was fast and they fixed an issue that was the other dealerships fault even though they weren’t obligated to. They made the best out of a bad situation, I would highly recommend Stateline. I was very comfortable talking to him. When I did decide to buy the car, Damian Carvalho showed me how to use and access everything --- Starlink, cruise control, radio and all that. He was very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Again, as with Stephen, I felt very comfortable talking to him. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to Stateline. More
