Great customer service I brought in my car for a regular oil change and new wipers and Tyler at the service desk was awesome! Super helpful and actually got me the new wiper I brought in my car for a regular oil change and new wipers and Tyler at the service desk was awesome! Rude salesman and lack of communication I purchased a used Crosstrek from Stateline. From the beginning I felt the service was poor and aggressive. Price was non-negotiable and I was forced I purchased a used Crosstrek from Stateline. From the beginning I felt the service was poor and aggressive. Price was non-negotiable and I was forced to finance the car if I wanted the online price. If I wanted to pay in full the price was going to increase $1,500. The salesman I dealt with has poor communication skills and did not do his best to keep me updated on the status on my car. I signed the paperwork to buy the car on a Saturday. 2 emails throughout the week were ignored. The car was schedule to be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday. After receiving a call at 3pm on Friday I was told they likely wouldn’t be able to deliver my car until Saturday, but I would get a call back that afternoon notifying me. I got no call back. The dealership opens at 9am on Saturday and I was hoping to hear from my salesman but didn’t. I decided to call him at 9:30am to get an update and he told me he couldn’t give me a timeframe for delivery since their 1 runner for the day was already delivering a car. I waited around without an update, and had a rude conversation with the salesman on Saturday. I was told he would call me when the runner was leaving the dealership. At 4pm on Saturday the runner called me 3/4 into her drive to let me know the car was being delivered at 4:30pm. The salesman never called me back to let me know the runner left the dealership. Simple communication is key, but they don’t seem to be able to do that, at least not with me. I spent a good amount of money with the dealer and felt as though they wanted me to give them a pity party based our conversations about the car. “We’re blowing money on the car” “we don’t normally deliver used cars” “we have to pay extra to have a runner” “runners don’t normally work on Saturday but we are doing to anyways”. All conversation that I feel shouldn’t be the burden of the buyer to know about or worry about. Finally the day after I signed and purchased the car, the price dropped $300 online before it came off their website. More

I won’t be purchasing another vehicle here I have bought a preowned vehicle here before. 2012. Never had an issue. New owners now. Bought Another preowned vehicle. Nothing but issues. I walked in for my free oil change and complimentary inspection. Walked out having to buy 4 brand new tires and spending over $800. The car was sold to me with xxxx tires and i had an issue a month in with one tire. Brought it to the dealer after noticing some damage to the exterior of the tires when i washed it a month after purchase. When my light came on and i brought it to the dealer. I explained i May have a nail but can you please check the condition of the tires. They did “supposedly” and told me it was just the nail. Two months later. I went to firestone to get my seal of a rear tire fixed. He said it was completely rotted. It was resealed and it was fine. My tire light came in before this appt. i let the employee know. He came back with “your tires would never pass inspection “ so i had no choice to get new tires. I drive to Boston everyday for work. And that was the entire reason why i bought this car. What a rip off for a dealer to sell me xxxxty tires that i could blow out at any time and barely passed the inspection. No one was up front with me about the condition of the tires and i will not be going back. My car was there from 8 am to 5 pm ... only guy helpful was the guy helping me in service at the front desk that day. He discounted as much as he could. And i appreciate that. But I’ve had nothing but issues with every department otherwise. More

Fast and courteous I was expecting to wait for at least one hour or more.my car was taken in and serviced and returned to me in 45 minutes.
