We only go to the dealership for our services because of Michael. He is fair, explains everything, doesn't try to push anything, and answers any and all questions that we have. Most of the time, I do not understand the things needed for the vehicle, and he has patience when explaining them. He also is very understanding of my husband and his crazy work schedule and still waits for us to get back to him. He truly is an asset to the company. We have been to other dealerships for our service and the customer service that Michael offers is no comparison. More

I took my truck in for an airbag clockspring recall. I was not experiencing any issues with it. They replaced the clockspring. That being said, it's hard for me to rate the repairs. The issue I have is that in the days after the service was done, I received 3 different unsolicited emails from 3rd parties asking me about the truck. They referenced my recent visit to Starling Ford. I can only assume that the dealership is selling my personal information to 3rd parties as I had never been in contact with any of those companies. I'm pretty sure that the dealer never asked for my permission to sell/share my information with 3rd parties as I would have flatly refused. I consider that to be bad practice and deceitful. More
