I love everything about the dealership EXCEPT having to make an appointment for service. It just doesn't mesh with our needs. We've been forced to get our cars serviced elsewhere because of this. We been customers for 26 years at this location, bought 7 cars, but haven't been able to get one serviced since they started requiring appointments. More

Joe Kidd, Mike Hakanan Michael Young, Josh Hallman, Oliver Ruvell, Scott Wytko, and Kyle Long all went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. The communication was outstanding, the work was completed quickly, and everything was explained clearly before any service was performed. The pickup and delivery service was especially convenient and made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Starling Ford for anyone looking for quality service and great customer care. Michael in the service department is professional, friendly and super easy to work with. He is detailed and definitely goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. He sent photos to show us exactl friendly and super easy to work with. He is detailed and definitely goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. He sent photos to show us exactly what needed to be replaced and we appreciated that. Excellent communication skills and great effort! The amount of time we spent waiting was minimal so he is also efficient. We recommend Starling's sales department as well. More
