In many ways, Molly has been the "answer" to some of my questions and answers and made things happen. Without going into each detail, Molly has engaged with problems and solutions. She is definitely a "go to" person and in my humble opinion is a team leader. Molly has the ability not only to teach but to mentor. There is a big difference.
