My husband who I refer to as a PIA was also as pleased! I have referred a few friends to them as well and so far we are all happy! Great, friendly, understanding, pleasant dealer and workers I was looking for a used car as my credit is horrible. When I say horrible is below 500. I got in contact with Carl's Buick gave them all my info. And I was looking for a used car as my credit is horrible. When I say horrible is below 500. I got in contact with Carl's Buick gave them all my info. And a sales associate named Carlos Gaitan called me. I didn't expect to come in and drive away with a car. Well to my surprise Carl's Buick worked hard and found a bank to finance me. And I got to drive away with a nice car. I recommend Carl's Buick to anyone suffering from low credit like me ( Identity Theft ). It didn't matter to them. They where there to help and get me a car and that they did I'm super happy with my new car. And thank you Carlos Gaitan for your patience and your hard work. Jackie also she works in the finance department. That's where all the magic works. Overall a great experience and I'm enjoying my new car. More

There was no back and forth on the price of the vehicle. I told them what I could afford and it was a Done Deal! I left in just a couple of hours with a 2015 Hyundai Accent that still had under 25K miles on it and the Power Train Bumper to Bumper Warranty still in tact. I love my car and I love my gas mileage. I do not pay more than I wanted to each month. This experience was painless and I would recommend anyone to go there for your next car purchase if you are in the Treasure Coast. ECM light on dash 2016 Buick Enclave engine light was on went to dealership for correction. Was told to make appointment and it would cost $75.00 to correct. Was suggested i go to another GM dealer who corrected ECM light in about 10 minutes no charge. I will never go back to this dealer for any service in the future. Disabled coaxes 180 mile round trip AVOID at all costs I used to know someone here, so when I was car shopping it was in my database and popped up. I purchased my current vehicle there & even though I liv I used to know someone here, so when I was car shopping it was in my database and popped up. I purchased my current vehicle there & even though I lived 90 mins away, they just threw great stuff, so I drove all that way. The already had my info, income verif & bank statements.. and was told "It's all printed out for you". I was glad to speak to a fresh person who had been keeping in contact for a week. I am disabled, with acutely progressing Multiple Sclerosis, so big purchase, long way. I was working with John D, had no interest in my former friends whereabouts, ancient history. I arrive only to be greeted by a band of employees who thought it would be fun to bait me there & offer me something from the dump, and say "got nothing else" The reality is, just had a car in mind and they intentionally baited me there to impose a "good ole boys" trick on an ill woman. I would not go near this place, total lack of morals and ethics.. and just want as much as they can get from you (seen & heard it)... Find somewhere where there are some morals. What a horrible thing they deceived and planned to do. Management was involved! Don't bully and agonize one who fights hard enough, heartless. They have violated so many laws, just for a laugh.. DON'T TORTURE & LIE TO THE DISABLED FOR A LAUGH. More

I had looked at the car on a Sunday to check out the exterior. I believe It is the top of the line Hybrid. When I got to the dealer to drive it I asked the sales rep to just confirm that the price was $13,000 and didn’t have a bunch of hidden charges. He checked and said yes. We went for a ride. I knew that I was going to buy the car while I was driving it. We got back and wrote up the sales contract. They said they would take my personal check and the sales rep actually drove the car home with me. I gave him a ride back to the dealership. I have put close to 10,000 miles on the car and I love it. The gas mileage is great and it’s a very comfortable car. More
Keep on Driving Took my truck in for brake service and was told I needed new breaks, master cylinder and booster. It was going to cost $1600. I talked to another mechanic and he said all I needed was the master cylinder and the pads are still very good. He charged me $100 and I spent another $100 on the parts. I bought the truck at Carl's and I was told they would detail and fix the scratches. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was filthy on the interior and the scratches looked like a small child scribbled with a crayon. When I confronted the salesman he got real mad and said "it's not a new car so live with it". People still ask me what is on the paint. I am on the market for a new truck and I will not be going there. I will keep on driving. More
