I went on the lot to purchase a 3/4 ton truck to tow my camper. Sleezeman Brahim Aboujja was the one that lied from the begining. He told my wife and I that the half ton truck could pull 11,000 lbs with max trailering ( showed us on his phone and yes this is true ) so I said show me a truck with that package. He showed me the 2017 Sierra I purchased. I looked up reviews on the forums to see if people were having issues with it pulling campers and such, the reviews were great, people were pulling 9,000 lbs through the mountains with no complaints. I ended up purchasing the truck. Fast forward 3 weeks when I picked up my camper and the truck overheated (excess of 255 degrees) and I had to stop 3 times on the way back. Trailer weighs 6,760 lbs. I went back to the dealer to confront them on the truck not having the max trailering pkg I was told it had. He then said he never said the truck had the pkg and that the truck could only pull 9,400 lbs then sent me to the service department for the repair. The Sleeze MGR Paul Monacelli tried to sell me an $1,100 radiator for my 3 week old truck. When I got in touch with the owner Sleeze Owner Carl Fisher he told me to drive it until it overheats and get a picture. So when the truck shuts off and my family is going out of control with no brakes I will take a picture. So I called the customer service number and opened a case, case number available on request. I have been stuck 4 times with the transmission overheating and these SLEEZEBALLS refuse to fix the truck. Currently I am still in a battle with the customer service number. This place is a absolute CESSPOOL. They will not stand by their sales or service. GMC says the truck will pull 9,400 lbs but yet the truck overheats pulling 6,700 lbs. The service department lied on my paperwork and said they inspected the transmission pump but yet they did not pull the transmission. They said they flushed the fluid, it is brown and smells very bad. This truck has 6,000 miles and is 4 months old. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE More

Extremely disappointing The reason for the visit was an overheated transmission. The repair was done poorly. There was greasy hand prints all over the exterior and interior, The reason for the visit was an overheated transmission. The repair was done poorly. There was greasy hand prints all over the exterior and interior, i showed Tom C. The fluid was not changed, and no paperwork was given till 2 days after I picked up my truck. I told Tom C. that the truck had a shutter and nothing was done. On my next trip 3 days later, the transmission overheated again. After repeated attempts to get a loaner to go on my vacation they said they will not assist me which lead to the current issue. The transmission reaches 270 plus degrees in stop and go traffic. I have never been treated so poorly after a sale as Carls has treated my family. This is a 2017 Sierra with less than 6,000 miles. More
