Purchased a $60k truck from this dealer in cash. While in Financing, and discussing extended warranty options, another salesman (not Javier) pulled me aside and made a rude comment in an attempt to While in Financing, and discussing extended warranty options, another salesman (not Javier) pulled me aside and made a rude comment in an attempt to rush me along. The GM immediately was informed and he came over and made the salesman apologize. In addition he gave me his personal number in an attempt to rectify the situation. While I appreciate the efforts to rectify the situation, I don’t believe that a customer should ever be treated this way especially when making such a large purchase. More
