2014 Focus SE Purchase My wife and I purchased a Focus from this dealership. After doing our research for about a month we walked in with an offer from Truecar and an My wife and I purchased a Focus from this dealership. After doing our research for about a month we walked in with an offer from Truecar and an offer from a competing dealer and Mike was able to give us a competitive offer which we took because it was our neighborhood Ford dealer. We wanted that accessibilty. I believe in the purchaser setting the tone we were friendly & communicative & so were Hugo, Mike & Reggie. We weren't able to pick up the vehicle the same day because it wasn't on the property & there was a wait to do the financing with Reggie but when we did see him he got us out of there quickly and answered all our questions. I think the individuals I dealt with put a good effort in to deliver quality cusomer service. I would recommend them. More
Unprofessional service I had an appointment on July 15th and got very disappointed by the service I was provided. My advisor Juan Toro was very unhelpful and couldn't find the real reason of concern in my car. I hear suspension noise over bumps screeching when goes up and down. I left the car for the service twice and problem wasn't solved, but right now it's even worse. The first time when I left my car there they changed some parts and told me it should work. However it didn't work. So I came back and left my car for two days. They called me and told car was done. However, when I got there to pick up my car I was told there by Mr. Juan Toro is no problem and they don't hear any noise. They didn't perform any service just kept my car there for 2 days and I really hear that noise!! In addition, it is very hard to reach them by phone. They simply don't pick up your phone and don't care about the customer!!!! More
Very Happy Walked in off the street to look at the new C-Max Hybrid. After contacting, and visiting, several other Ford dealers in the Tri-State area I found th Walked in off the street to look at the new C-Max Hybrid. After contacting, and visiting, several other Ford dealers in the Tri-State area I found the staff and especially Liz Girnus at Ford Lincoln of Queens to be the friendliest, most receptive and most accommodating. I got a great price (best of all the dealers), first class service, a friendly smile and greeting each time I came by - though it took a while to get my car (not the dealers fault but it took time to build and ship the car), I am, to date, thrilled. I was also thrilled that my sales person Liz Girnus called after I took possession of the car to see how I was liking it. First time ever that a car salesperson has ever done that - they all should, but I gather it rarely happens - out of sight, out of mind. Loving my car and loving that they helped me get the car I've been wanting. Thank you. More

Came back to Ford Lincoln of Queens for so many reasons. That was get a new Ford fast before the deals go away. My favorite and oh so special LIz Girnus greeted me in the showroom like a long lost relative. I was thrilled. We caught up on our lives since the 2012 Fusion and then got down to the business of getting the family in a new lease. We,as a family, didn't hesitate about the choice of a Ford. It was a no brainer and Liz used her magical sales powers of matching the perfect car to the perfect customer,me. I had a wonderful time whittling down the choices I had before coming up with the 2014 Fusion SE to match the 2012 and comfortably come in my budget guesstimation. The afternoon went quickly and quietly without any hassle or complication. The deal was smooth as silk.I had the car I wanted and was able to drive it away the same day! Once more, I am thrilled with the service,salesmanship and professionalism of Liz and her co-salesmen. I even introduced myself to the friendly internet ladies to thank them for their help and reminders to call or text anytime I have any issues. The point of all this praise is that we are again the proud owners of a 2014 Fusion SE with all the bells, whistles, and eco-boost that we could handle. I will return after this lease and my hope is that this review encourages those looking for a Ford or Lincoln to run to Ford Lincoln of Queens to get that extra special service, friendly expert staff and a decent cup of coffee. More
