Great experience! Arrived 15 min late and service rep was very friendly. I apologized and informed him there was lots of traffic and he seemed unbothered. Service was great. Just some confusion when I picked up my car. Had to go back and ask if I was supposed to give my paperwork to someone. Woman behind was great. Great service Roger was very thorough in explaining my maintenance package and gave me information that I had not known before to make full use of my package.
