Lousey and unprofessional service Went there for a recall. Was told they would have the part on my appointment date. Asked if they had the part when I checked in Lou said yes. I was out the door and noticed on my paperwork ( will call customer when part comes in). I went back in and asked Lou was my recall done he said no we have to order the part. I said you told me you had the part he said "What do you want me to do? The mechanic went to get the part and it wasn't there." That was it I was basically sh-t out of luck. Called and left 2 messages for Victor the service manager to discuss this and he never called me back.How would you interpret that service? More

Star Chrysler Service Department I visited Star Chrysler service Department to renew my inspection certificate I notice they had only one service attendant at the desk attending to al I visited Star Chrysler service Department to renew my inspection certificate I notice they had only one service attendant at the desk attending to all the request for automotive service the attendant name is Teresa, she was very professional and caring she did a wonderful job attending to all the customers that show up for service, all the customers were able to have there vehicle issue resolved. Not prepared employee My experience here included the dealership havibg poor service in regards to giving me both my 2 car keys, and when receiving the second, not having t My experience here included the dealership havibg poor service in regards to giving me both my 2 car keys, and when receiving the second, not having the manual key that was supposed to be attatched. I had to go back a second time to receive my second key however they lost the the manual key that is supposed to be attached to it. They said they have to make the manual key and it will be ready in about a week from today. Overall I wish that my experience was more organized and the dealer had my things ready and prepared especially since buying a new car comes with the necessary tools for a better usage. More
