Excellent Customer Service I went to Star because I was having an issue with my navigation system. Everyone was very friendly. Angela who checked me in was amazing. She was engaging, always had a smile on her face and was very accommodating. It was annoying that I had to go to the dealer for an issue with my Jeep but the staff really made up for the inconvenience. I will say that after asking others who have the same exact vehicle as me I am very upset at the price I am paying. Everyone I know is paying $80 less per month and for that reason i am not giving a good review on the sale of the car. To top it off I was referred by a very good friend. More

I called them after and hour and half to see if the car is ready they told me no. I then told them to stop work and after I get there to pick up the car they said oh it’s ready. Then it took them and half hour to find my keys. This place does not know how to keep to their word. I thought Jeep had express lube. Two hours for an express lube oil change. When I can go anywhere and it’s 25 mins tops. More

Good customer service... I feel gouged on the price. Carc would nit start. We'r had cast towed in at our cost. Dealership lost car, dealership located car, dealership found out it wad ther battery(s), Carc would nit start. We'r had cast towed in at our cost. Dealership lost car, dealership located car, dealership found out it wad ther battery(s), Dealership charged almost 2 hrs for diagnostic teststing. Bill would have been somewhere around 900 buck. After disputing what should have been covered.... they sl charged me for the crazy diagnostic fees. I will try somewhere else first. More
