I purchased a 2003 Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible from Stafford Auto. At first they didn't really want to move on price as they had already dropped the vehicle down as low as they could and also didn't wa Stafford Auto. At the end of it all they offered to pay off my current vehicle and provide and additional discounts on the Mustang, They worked with me on price as much as they could and allowed me to take my time and make the deicision without being forced one way or another. All said I done I drove off the lot in about 3 hours with a new vehicle and they took care of transfering the registration to my new vehicle and all the other small odds and ends for no additional fees. I was happy with the service and they have a nice selection of nicer quality cars on the lot which I recommend looking into. More
The worst dealership anyone can consider going too. I went there to buy an Acura ZDX, after agreeing on a price and paper works signed and was told told the car will be delivered to my office so I can gi went there to buy an Acura ZDX, after agreeing on a price and paper works signed and was told told the car will be delivered to my office so I can give them the cashiers check for the car. Only, for me to receive a phone call saying the car has been sold and they did not know that it was already sold. The said I car come to their dealership to get a similar car with a diffrent color leather interior. I got there to take a look at what the want me to buy, only for to find out it was an accidented car and none of the employees told me and the accident was not even reported on carfax. Overall they are cheats and they don't keep to their word or commitment. Nobody should buy a car from this liers and cheats. More
I would like to start off by saying the from my intial call to the handing over of the keys, Mike George was outstanding! He was very professional and friendly and never came off like an aggresive used ca call to the handing over of the keys, Mike George was outstanding! He stayed 2 hours past the normal closing time just for me because I was driving from out of town and could not make it there sooner. I really appreciated that. So many other salesmen would have told me to just come back the following day during normal business hours. He also was very thorough explaining all of the features of the car, and all of the paperwork I had to sign. I felt that he had my best interest at heart and for that I would highly recommend Stafford Auto Sales, but more importantly Mike George. More
I had the best experience purchasing my new Mercedes GL 450!!! I called and spoke to Mike who was very informative on the different cars I was interested in. The Stafford Auto Sales Team was great throughout the entire process of selling us our Lexus IS250. Although I purchased the car As Is, the Stafford Auto Sales Team was quick to correct these minor issues at no cost to me. I would like to give the Stafford Auto Sales Team an A+, a 5 out of 5 rating, a pat on the back for providing both a quality product and stellar customer service. Great job everyone! Five months later, even my mechanic says they did a great job in providing us with this outstanding vehicle. More
They are liers and they will tell you that you're approved and charge you a high interest and the car in another location. The customer service is no good and they are very rude people. So after having a terrible experience with this dealership we posted a realistic review regarding our dealings with the company. Soon after, I was contacted by Bobby who was noticeably upset and extremely unprofessional. He began making threats to sue me to recoup the difference owed on my payoff from what he stated it was originally supposed to be. For some background, I traded my vehicle in on the first week of the month and they never paid it off until one day prior to 30 days past due. Due to their extreme tardiness in paying the vehicle off, there was a subsequent late charge added to the payoff. Three words. Not my fault. I was so unpleased with Bobby's unprofessional tone and attitude that I requested to speak with the owner. He refused to allow this and also refused a contact number for him specifically saying he would not allow me to contact the owner. I contacted my original sales consultant and was shocked to learn that Bobby was apparently the owner. I am appalled with the business practices of this dealership and would strongly advise anyone contemplating purchasing a vehicle here to look elsewhere. More
I brought a 2007 Mercedes 7 months. Now the the car will not start or do anything. I shouldnt have to put my car in the shop after a couple of months. I WILL NEVER BUY A ANY CAR FROM STAFFORD AUTO SALES AND NOR RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO THEM. Times are hard. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE PEOPLE AND TAKING THERE MONEY. More
