We can do that, We Do that, We Did that!!! We had bought our vehicle just 3 months ago and the entire rear brake system failed. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke with Mark the Service Man We had bought our vehicle just 3 months ago and the entire rear brake system failed. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke with Mark the Service Manager. We spoke of possible towing arrangements and loaner options, which he had none available at the time. He informed me to call the next day to speak with the owner for the loaner authorization. I called and spoke with Joe Staffilino Sr. who was friendly and promptly made arrangements for me to have things taken care of. We got our vehicle there and left it in Mark's hands at 3:00 p.m. While we waited we were able to speak directly with Joe Sr. about concerns we had had over the sales process that had us so upset over the situation we were currently in. He took the time to explain each detail and exactly whose responsibility it was. He acknowledged that the salesperson should have made us aware so that with that information we could then make our decision in a more educated fashion, even if it meant we would not purchase the vehicle from them. This admittance and information of the process was much appreciated. Our vehicle was fixed, everyone was courteous, by 5:00 p.m. we were on our way and the service was above and beyond. Thank you Joe Sr. and all your crew. You can do that, you do that and you did that!!! Keep it up and anyone reading this get to Staffillino to buy a new or used vehicle or get it serviced. More

When I told him that I wanted to look around at some other dealers, he was very understanding with me and didn't try to pressure me into making a deal immediately. I ended up buying my 2017 Chevy Cruze from them, despite getting a lower offer for a similar car (2017 Kia Forte). The reason I did this is because Jeff was upfront about the pricing and was low pressure, which I cannot say is true about any of the other three dealerships I have visited this week. More

I recalled my step-son purchasing a truck last year from Staffalino' I struggled with the purchase of a new vehicle,.... especially in the local area. I recalled my step-son purchasing a truck last year from Staffalino's and what an awesome experience he had. So, I was in the market and decided to give them a shot at my business. I found a truck that I was interested in and e-mailed the dealership. Jeff called the next day. I can tell you that I have purchased many vehicles over the years. I mostly go out of the area because no one around here wants to deal. For the most part, dealerships and salesmen around here are the stereotypical shisters. Not with Jeff and not at Staffalinos. I was up front with Jeff telling him what I wanted, where I needed to be payment wise and at what terms. Jeff didn't play games or try to play games, he got me what I wanted. Within 24 hours after meeting with him, my new Silverado is sitting in front of my house. I will be back next time I am in the market and I will deal with Jeff.
