Do Not buy from them! I bought a used vehicle from Staffilino Chevrolet just last week. Well needless to say this was the 4th trip we've had to make there, and at an hour a I bought a used vehicle from Staffilino Chevrolet just last week. Well needless to say this was the 4th trip we've had to make there, and at an hour and a half each way, this is not convenient. All I get told is it's a used vehicle! I understand it is not new, but I have had both new and used vehicles and even though it's used, something should not be going wrong every day! The first day that my husband went to look at it the salesman Joe told him he didn't have time to test drive it because he was in a hurry for a doctor's appointment! Ridiculous! Then we went up the next day and I went to test drive the vehicle, when I did there were things immediately found wrong, so I returned it and should have left, but they promised to fix these things so I bought it. So they gave me a loaner while they fixed it, and I went to pick it up on Thursday this week, well on the way home, more things were happening, and the rear wiper even fell down, so called them immediately, and the sales manager Steve said, "I can't make it new" Yep I am aware of that, however when you buy a vehicle, it should be mechanically sound especially when it's $15,000++ vehicle! It's a 2007 GMC Acadia that just now has 70,200 miles! Well today they fixed the wiper, so now it works, they finally did the alignment but it's still pulling, they did the stabilitrak sensor and that is still ok, and they fixed the tire system sensor. Well now the drivers side window switches wont' control the front passenger window, and it did just yesterday! The rattle that was supposedly fixed the first time is now back today! I will NEVER go back and recommend anybody that is considering a new or used vehicle to go anywhere but here! More
I purchased my car, at Staffalino's. My car kept overheating, so I took my car to Staffalino's service dept. I figured, since I bought my car, there, and they were a Chevy dealership, they would be overheating, so I took my car to Staffalino's service dept. I figured, since I bought my car, there, and they were a Chevy dealership, they would be able to figure, out what the problem, was with my vehicle. First, they said, they thought it was my radiator, so it was tested, and it was fine. Then they tested the water pump, and it was fine. Then they said it was the timing, so they redid the timimg, and it still was overheating. Then they told me they thought it was the head, and they sent it out to be tested. Then they said it was, fine. Then, they said it was a burn out hole in the intake manifold. They call me after, having my vehicle for 3 weeks, to come get it. When I talk to Chris, service manager, he told me, that they had to take the head off, to get to the manifold, which was a lie, because the head, doesnot need to be removed, to fix that. They are charging me for labor, for them to guess, at what is overheating my car. They also charged me for parts, that they didn't even tell me that they were replacing. My total for service, is $2,130, and $600 of it was for parts. They charged $100 an hour for labor. I do not recommend, anyone to this service station. Not only did they have my vehicle for 3 weeks, I had to pay for a car rental for those 3 weeks. Joe Staffalino,had no consideration, for the aggravation, and inconvenience I went through, after buying my vehicle there, and waiting 3 weeks, for my vehicle. I will never buy a vehicle, there, again, and I highly recommend, to future customers, to reconsider, buying your vehicle, there, because, they will sell you a vehicle, but they donot care, if you have issues with it, in the future. More
