Good experience I had a pretty good experience. Greg was the salesman and he made the process super easy for my first time! He was really nice and wasn't pushy which I had a pretty good experience. I would recommend buying a car from him! Although I was happy with that part, a few days later my check engine light came on.... I found it strange that something was wrong if they run it through service? Plus it already needs an oil change. They fixed the problem and gave me a rental. I had to go back a few days later because I wasn't sure how to use the navigation, and they told me I have to buy a chip.... I wasn't aware of this when I bought it plus the car is a titanium, so I just figured it had navigation..... I called another Ford dealership to ask about it, and they confirmed that it's supposed to come with the chip. Greg got me an appointment with service to get it fixed, but it wasn't until the next week. The car had been running fine for the next couple days and then the check engine light came on AGAIN. I'm in the process of getting it fixed.... I know that they will fix it, it is just the fact that I just purchased the car and it shouldn't be having problems.. ( especially because it's a 2015 with low miles) Customer service is great, but the service department needs a lot of improvement. More

We stumbled upon St Helens Auto Center and gave it a chance. We were greeted by salesman Greg as soon as we got there. Right away he offered us something to drink and then asked what our needs and wants were. We told him what we were hoping for and he showed us a few cars that matched what we were wanting. He highly recommended a Chrysler 200 but was not pushy, We took it for a test drive and it was perfect! When we got back to the dealership he was quick to get a deal started that worked within our budget. The entire process was very smooth from searching to finalizing with finance. Greg stayed with us during the entire process. He was very professional but still had a personality unlike most car salesmen who are dry and pushy. We are a few weeks into our new car and loving it! We will definitely do business with St Helens Auto Center again. Thanks Guys! More

I ended up rejecting the truck I was initially interested in and upgraded to much nicer model. Mostly I appreciated the space to think through y decision process without being over-sold to. I ended up buying the F150 King Ranch and have never been happier. I would definitely consider St. Helens Auto Center in years ahead when it is time to replace my wife's car. Also, we had discussed a possible range of value on my old trade in truck (which was pretty shot!). Without any further discussion, they gave me the high end of the range when drawing up the paper work without any haggling. Truly a different car buying experience for me. More
