The people at Saint Helens Auto quickly responded to my initial inquiries and follow ups. They gave me options to come and view the vehicle I was interested in as well as options to bring the vehicle to m initial inquiries and follow ups. Upon arriving the staff were friendly and quick to make us feel comfortable. I decided on purchasing the vehicle as they had the best price in the United States for that Power Wagon, and them being kind and attentive were just added bonuses. Even if a place has the best deal on a car, if they’re not respectable and kind, I will take my business somewhere else just like bad service at a restaurant makes the food taste bad. Literally the worst service team I’ve ever even heard of fix anything on my truck had less than 50,000 miles on it. And Penny wouldn’t even call me back. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody there fix anything on my truck had less than 50,000 miles on it. And Penny wouldn’t even call me back. I’m not one to write reviews, but this was such a bad experience for me that I feel like I have to. And I also bought an extended warranty even though I knew I shouldn’t and that ended up biting me in the butt super bad, so do not buy extended warranty. Waste of money doesn’t do anything the service department will not honor it. More
