Its weird how they run the service department and how its set up. You dont just walk up to a desk and get help you have to wait out side little rooms for a rep. To help you. My rep was good no problems. You toyota app sucks and doesnt work. I got sent a link so I can check my status. The link pulled up my rep's name and nothing else. Said to download the app. The app downloaded wouldn't even let you log in as it keeps flashing an alert message saying need username and password. Which it would not let you off the alert message to put any information in. Please work these kinks out for smoother experience for customers. People were friendly More
