Rude beyond belief We have leased cars for over 5 years from this dealer. We went to the dealership to trade our vehicle 6 months before it ended. We needed a larger one for the addition of twins to the family. I made an appointment with Andy to look at minivans. When I arrived, nothing was ready and that was okay because of the excitement of everything. I took the minivan out and returned to discuss our options, he was too busy and had someone else quote some ridiculous number, stared at me for a minute and I left. Never heard from him except for his marketing calls for the last couple of months wanting us to trade for a new Maxima. Today I went to visit him based on a letter he sent stating they would like the Maxima back early due to used car demand. He didn't know what I was talking about and had Mark come tell me I should just keep it. Why was I being pushed off on someone else again? As I walked out of this unprofessional dealership, I noticed Andy eating in a chair in someone's office. The local Honda dealership had already satisfied our need for a new minivan and suggested keeping the Maxima for fun. We have purchased 2 new Honda cars! All because of the service! More
Great customer service and knowledge I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was very stressed out and he calmed me down and then told me a trick to try. I went home and tried it and it worked. I can't thank him enough for making my day better. Not only did he help get my car started but he was patient with me on the phone and calmed down when I was a bit frazzled and that alone was very nice to have happen. Even if the trick would not have worked his demeanor on the phone was amazing and I am grateful. Thank you so much for everything. The small things do matter. More

I came in fairly late and even though the dealership closed at 9pm he stayed until 10:30 to explain to me the features of the car and figure out my new insurance with me. Great Person Mark took care of my sale on a new 2015 Pathfinder. I felt he was very honest when dealing with me and didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to. I was very aggressive with my negotiations and felt he was really trying to mediate a deal that the dealer would accept and that would make me happy. After we agreed on price and financing I had to return to the dealer twice before the purchase was finalized. At this time I really felt like Mark was providing me great service. He worked with my crazy schedule and we made it work. Yesterday my boyfriend leased the 2015 Rogue with Jason and we had another great experience. Our work hours had us showing up there at 5. They close at 6 and Jason stayed late to help us out. I will definitely keep coming back! Unfortunately I cannot remember the sales managers name but he helped us get a great deal. Also wanted to mention the great service I've had there as well with Don. My car has always been ready before the quoted time and he really seems to care about the customers. More

Exceptional Service I came into the dealership, my weather strip had been worn down on both sides of my car just in the front doors. Don greeted me, he was very friendly I came into the dealership, my weather strip had been worn down on both sides of my car just in the front doors. Don greeted me, he was very friendly and remembered me coming in to get my oil changed. Bill came to look at the problem and ordered new weather strips. Don contacted me to let me know the weatherstrips had arrived and scheduled an appointment with me. I arrived on my appointment date. Al greeted me and took great care of my car. I am so pleased with the great service and respect that I have received. My car looked new when the appointment was over. Thank you guys for the great service! More
