I brought our SanteFe in for an oil change and tire rotation along with coupons for both procedures. Mr. Wollenberg informed me that only one coupon could be honored, so I opted to use the oil change c rotation along with coupons for both procedures. Mr. Wollenberg informed me that only one coupon could be honored, so I opted to use the oil change coupon and pay normal price for the tire rotation. Services were completed in less than an hour. At the cashier's window, it was found that no charge was entered on the invoice for the tire rotation. Instead of adjusting the charges accordingly, Mr. Wollenberg acknowledged the mistake and I got the oil change and tire rotation for the price of an oil change. This is the kind of service that will create customer loyalty for your dealership. I will be back. I will tell others about my experience. More
