I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, 2008 Elantra & 2013 Accent. They are no pressure & easy to work with. I just purchased an Accent and the bang for the buck is unbelievable. We called and spoke with Jason Freed and let him know our price range and what we were looking for. He called back within 15 min. with a list of vans he could get in our price range. I currently live in Arnold, Missouri. My belief in this service department is so great that I am willing to take the time and miles (25 miles one way) to this dealership for my servicing. I bought my car service department is so great that I am willing to take the time and miles (25 miles one way) to this dealership for my servicing. I bought my car from this dealership in 2006 and have had a long standing great relationship with this service department and the service manager. Bob Reck, the service manager, has literally saved me hundreds of dollars in service work with his knowledge and proactive approach at dealing with a problem when it is small and inexpensive rather than waiting until it becomes a huge problem costing lots of money. He goes the extra mile at inspecting my car himself to make sure it passes the quality workmanship test that he stands behind. He is very honest and goes out of his way to make customers aware of coupons, and things to be aware of in the future that might cost money (new tires, brakes, etc.) so that the customer can budget for those items in the future. We have come up with a proactive schedule for maintenance to my car so that it gets all the required servicing but not all in one visit so that it blows the budget. His dealership service department throws in a free car wash, vacuuming and wipe down of all surface areas within the car automatically. I don't even have to ask them to do it. They do not waste time by having my car in for servicing an extraordinary amount of time. They service my car and get me back on the road so that I can do other things with my day. They treat my car, even with 113,000 miles on it as if it is a new vehicle. The service department here is careful to make sure that the customer fully understands the problem, the cost, and what your options are prior to work being done. When you get the bill, the service attendant will go over each of the work items to make sure the customer understands what work took place and that you were happy with the outcome. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership with expectations, price and quality of workmanship. I would gladly recommend a lifetime worth of servicing through this honest, upfront, and caring staff of this dealership. A special appreciation to Bob Reck, the service manager for his great job at saving this customer money and his customer relations skills. More
