I have owned 4 dodge vehicles in the past 10 years and haven't had a pleasant experience here, but this l NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE HERE!! I have owned 4 dodge vehicles in the past 10 years and haven't had a pleasant experience here, but this last experience was the worse. Took the vehicle in for a check engine light and was told we would have an answer in 90 minutes. Long story short over 2 days never got a call from service and after multiple calls and driving to the dealership twice they never even got to do a diagnosis. Took the car to pep boys without an appointment and two hours later we learned it was programming issue. The vehicle is now at DuPage Dodge where I have had plenty of good experiences including the purchase of two of my vehicles. Btw the other two I bought from Downers Dodge which is another good dealership that is worth the drive. More
