Attempted to charge us for unneeded repairs. Took our leased 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and air bag recall. Eight hours later I was advised that it needed new rear brakes and differential fluids at an expense of around $900. I declined the repairs and took my Jeep to Discount auto in St Charles and was told The Jeep needed no such repairs. Total scam to get additional money out of us. I will say that my trust for St. Charles Jeep is gone. Forever. More

Good price, painful everything else so far including service They may honor their internet price, but that is it. Purchased a Ram 1500 Limited. Prinav and Manny were not aware of what came with vehicle. Left me to deal with Manufacturer to try and get what should have come with package I purchased. Manny simply said there was nothing he could do, contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said the part that is listed in the package on my vehicle, doesn't come with my vehicle, but I could buy it separately for $300. Makes no sense, and Dealer has done nothing to assist so I am still dealing with this. The group package MSRP was 445, I received one part (out of the three included), MSRP of 250 aftermarket. Manufacturer said any discussion of cost needs to be done with dealer, but again Manny said there is nothing they will do. The finance guy, Zurhi(?) sold me a warranty that was not valid for my vehicle. I had to go back in to cancel it. Car was in for a warranty issue two days after I purchased it. It was there for 5 days, and I have to bring it back again because they are still waiting for a part, which I pointed out before I even bought the car. They said that they completed the MOPAR Mastershield, but upon inspection the service tech, Abe (nice guy) agreed that they did not touch the interior. It will have to be completed when I bring it back in for the outstanding warranty issue not fixed the first time I they had it. I would not recommend at this point, would you? Update 1.16.19: I had to call parts to find out that they had my part, since I never heard from service. I called to make an appt to have them complete the mastershield and the warranty part installed. They said when I picked the car up the first time that they would get me a loaner, while they completed both, the mastershield they lied about and the part which was pointed out before I even bought the vehicle. When making the appt they said a loaner wouldn't be available for two weeks. Turns out the Mastershield is what would have taken longer so they should have just scheduled that and gotten me a loaner for that, instead I am driving for over a month without the protection that they sold me. This dealer and their service dept. have done nothing to give me confidence in my purchase. More
