I have tried twice in the past month to test drive two different vehicles. They keep claiming they're in inspection. The first vehicle was allegedly in inspection for a month. It just disappeared from the website. I called today about a different car and got the same run around. "I'm sorry that vehicle is in inspection. But if you'd like to come in and talk about financing, you can still purchase the vehicle." What is that? I can purchase the vehicle, but I can't test drive it? What is your deal people? Sorry, but that's just shady. More

Service service service.....Sad, at the time of the sale I was asked if I wanted a back up camera, I said "no as it was too expensive". Fast fwd month later started getting calls to have my "We/Owe" install I was asked if I wanted a back up camera, I said "no as it was too expensive". Fast fwd through multiple calls to figure out WTH was going on, I went up to dealership to ask them to show me where I approved this?? They could not...Then sales mgr. says "we found your WE/Owe ??" and it was dated 7/22 (that day) IE they just printed it??? with no signatures etc So after seeing all the bad Svc Dept. reviews I've asked several times for my "Pre-Paid" product to be mailed to me so I can install it myself...Yep, guess what, ZERO Response!! So I guess I'll have to take another trip up when I can.....One thing was Jimmy in sales was good to deal with but his support staff is horrible. More
Typical dealer service. I brought my 2015 Wrangler in for service last week. I was told that the diagnostics fee was $100 and applied to the service. I came in knowing the bloated service pricing at dealersh service last week. I was told that the diagnostics fee was $100 and applied to the service. I came in knowing the bloated service pricing at dealerships but needed this issue resolved quickly. After the tech inspected the vehicle I received a call from service that the issue was a bent electrical wire and it was going to be around $300 to fix, where I then agreed to the amount. Later on, I received a call from service again stating that the issue wasn't resolved and that another two hours of labor was needed, at the cost of $265. So I was stuck either paying the additional charge or declining, where I still would owe $300 but with nothing fixed. Let me pose this question then. What is the point of diagnostics service? The logic behind this is that I pay the dealer a $100 and the techs find out what's wrong, give me an estimate for repairs so that I can make an educated financial decision. Instead, they found only part of the problem, charged me for it and told me it wasn't completely fixed. At that point, the dealership needs to eat the remaining cost, as they did not properly diagnose the issue. Furthermore, I was charged for two hours of labor for the second portion of the service, but my call history shows about an hour between the phone call from the service department to the phone call that my vehicle was ready. At least make me feel like you worked on the Jeep for two hours and let it sit in the lot for an extra 45 minutes. This was insulting. I'd say stay away from this dealership and find a trusted local mechanic. More

Showed up around noon, made sure to tell the sales guy multiple times that I wasn't interested in any of the extended warranties or xxxxxxxx like that, they waited until the second I had to leave for work to get me into the finance office and rush me through the paperwork only for me to find out they added on the extended warranty and other xxxxxxxx. Fast forward to April where I called them and asked them to cancel and refund it, they said it'd take up to 2 months for it to get refunded. Fast forward 2 months and I still haven't gotten my refund. They say the check was sent and my bank says they haven't received any checks. I've been calling nearly every day to get this sorted and always get promised a call back but never get one. Avoid this dealership like the plague. L More

No numbers shared ... Was told to come again in few days .... seriously?.. and rudeness... I saw never at other dealerships I have been visiting ... I’d give 0 stars if I could. Brought my daughter’s Renegade in for an air filter change. They broke several parts under the glove box while doing a recall data upgrade. THREE trips later, 6+ hours of Renegade in for an air filter change. They broke several parts under the glove box while doing a recall data upgrade. THREE trips later, 6+ hours of time wasted, chasing them to track down part delivery and poor communication when they couldn’t find their own ordered parts that THEY BROKE and it is STILL NOT FIXED. Btw this car had less than 10k miles on it! Idk what they have going on in their service Dept., but obv they don’t know what they are doing. Service/parts grade: F More
