The Chrysler dealer i had been going to for 12 years couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks when i had a starter problem. Called St Charles and they fit me in, Paul Carter handled everything perfectly. that was couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks when i had a starter problem. This week my battery light came on and my old dealer couldn't get me in for 3 weeks again, i called St Charles and they got me in in 2 days and Paul Carter took care of me again, the alternator was going out and Paul Carter handled it like a professional again. Because of Paul ill be changing dealers permanently ! More

The return appointment was what I hope every dealer would do to structure the buying experience. We had all the paperwork ready to sign, and were able to get in and out in under an hour. They also did a great job of having an entertaining experience for our two year old that accompanied us. More

Took car in on Friday. Explained everything. Dealer scheduled work for Monday in THEIR computer. Arrived Monday. Dealer did not have knowledge of problem or anything in the computer. Dealer said they could not create problem at 45 mph. (Steering sticks at 65 mph and above) and window rattle. ( all you have to do is close the door to hear that it is loose in the track). They couldn’t find car when I got there to pick up. Dealer did not have any suggestions or work arounds. Note - Steering has been recalled and others on the web have had similar issues with a steering sticking spot at highway speeds. Bottom line, I am not pleased with the service department. You may have better luck. More
