Brought my car in for 3 different issues. Wasn't happy with the tech, but I figured fix the car. Got a customer service person ask how the service was going. I informed her that I was told one issue would take weeks, another issue they did not know if they could fix, and a third to repair a paint issue I would have to wait till February (7 months later) of the following year to get in for paint repair. Tech said pay the deductible upfront so when you come in its faster. So I did. I got a call from the Service Manager, who apologized and said bring in your car (we set an appointment) and they would have a loaner ready. Thinking that was nice of them. Not really, no loaner available. I come to find out the parts for the one repair that was supposed to take weeks came in the week earlier. Manager was all talk, no loaner car, had to call a buddy for a pick up. So I get the parts installed, I get told they may or may not have fixed the other issue. If it wasn't fixed I would have to put a new case in. Also did not do ANYTHING with the paint issue. 2 weeks later I get a call from some guy who tells me that I owe them money. I ask why he said that I owe the deductible. So I proceed to tell him no, I paid here is the info off the receipt. He apologizes, yet again no resolution on the paint issue. So here I sit weeks later nothing on getting my car fixed. Honestly I would avoid this location for service, based on my experience I have doubts with them overall. More

It started with a shifter service light. Tool it in and had it diagnosed. First part they replaced did nothing and did not fix the problem. Because of their poor diagnosing they tried to charge me for the first part that I didn't need .I had to complain to the service manager to have the part removed from my bill. You would think I learned my lesson NOPE. The following week I had a problem with my drivers door lock. They took the door apart, found the problem and reassemble the door and I paid for the diagnose. Had they stocked parts it could have been repaired the first time it was apart. The following week the part came in and was installed. During the second dismantle to repair my lock the service person broke an additional part. The dealer decided it was my problem that their guy broke an additional part and BILLED me . More
