I apologize for.not remembering names, but our "team" (salesman,sales manager,finance guy) were among the best my wife and I have dealt with in years. We have purchased 16 autos in the last 6 years, so needless to say we have had experiences, good and bad. The team at Springhill Toyota sold us a brand new 2011 Sienna XLE. I actually enjoyed the process from beginning to end. They provided my wife and I with everything we requested quickly. They didn't beat around the bush, or try to talk us into any thing extra that we didn't want. The price was great and they were fast. I would recommend this dealership to family, friends, anyone.
