There was a slight misunderstanding after the final sale, about the trade-in price of our car. The staff here may have blamed themselves. but my husband really blames only himself for not communicating better. Neither he nor I hold the dealership at fault for this. He just wishes he had bargained a little better for us. The price of the car was reasonable. The costs of the service/maintenance agreement seemed somewhat high, adding $6K to the 5-year payment plan for the car. But it is a hybrid car, so we were advised we really should have these protections in place. It is a beautiful, complex vehicle. We are still learning about it, have only had it a few days now. More
