These people were easy to deal with. Jeff, the salesman, was very helpful, polite, not pushy, did not hound us with phone calls, honest & forthright, and willing to listen. He did an excellent job and treated us well, taking plenty of time with us. Overall, the sales experience here was better than any other we can recall. There was a slight misunderstanding after the final sale, about the trade-in price of our car. The staff here may have blamed themselves. but my husband really blames only himself for not communicating better. Neither he nor I hold the dealership at fault for this. He just wishes he had bargained a little better for us. The price of the car was reasonable. The costs of the service/maintenance agreement seemed somewhat high, adding $6K to the 5-year payment plan for the car. But it is a hybrid car, so we were advised we really should have these protections in place. It is a beautiful, complex vehicle. We are still learning about it, have only had it a few days now. More

I was pleased with my experience. I will recommend the dealership because of my first-hand experience. I am glad I chose your dealership for purchase of my toyota. This was a very good car buying experience. Tina answered all of my questions on the phone before I got to the dealership. This was important because I live in Brewton which is an hour and a half f answered all of my questions on the phone before I got to the dealership.
