I was used to dealing with Ed in the service department and found that he was no longer there. It was obvious that new employees were learning their way around. I have used this service department since 2006 and have always been pleased with the service. There were sandwiches and a cooler of drinks in the waiting area but it was never offered to me. I didn't necessarily care for any, but it just didn't seem very hospitable to have the refreshments and not to at least offer them while I was waiting. More

Tina was prompt on all her replies and soon located the exact car with the options we required. We didn't want all the add ons that seem to be included in the Southeast Toyota dealerships vehicles, so that was a pleasant surprise. Then when we sent them the info for the trade they came back with a very reasonable offer for the trade and a very nice offer on the Avalon. Tina notified us when the Avalon arrived and had it waiting for my arrival for Pa. When we got to the dealership we dealt with Tim Wooten and he had the car waiting for us and prepped. They advertise a quick transaction time and they were right. They did not change anything from the original offer and it was very pleasant and smooth. Tina came out to greet us and thanked us for everything. This is the first time we have searched and purchased a vehicle on the web and we have been very impressed with this experience dealing with Tina.
