My 4 Runner is a 4 cylinder and a truck I enjoy to drive. I have been to xxx for all service and regular tune ups. I would like to see if there are any 4 Runners being honored by Toyota with high miles awards. Take care of service on any truck or car and your Toyota brand will last a long time. A GOOD EXPERIENCE!! I was welcomed as a person and not just a number. I had to leave my vehicle and got a ride in the Springhill Toyota service van. The driver, Aaron, I was welcomed as a person and not just a number. I had to leave my vehicle and got a ride in the Springhill Toyota service van. The driver, Aaron, was a good driver and we had a good conversation while he took me to work. He said for me to call to arrange for a ride back when my car was ready. One of my co-workers brought me back though. My vehicle was clean when I picked it up and the work was completed as I had asked. Totally, a good experience!! LONG WAIT I AM VERY GRATEFUL THAT THE MGR ARRANGED TO HAVE MY BACK UP CAMERA INSTALLED. IT DID TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. HAVING COME DIRECTLY FROM A 12 HR WK SHIF I AM VERY GRATEFUL THAT THE MGR ARRANGED TO HAVE MY BACK UP CAMERA INSTALLED. IT DID TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. HAVING COME DIRECTLY FROM A 12 HR WK SHIFT , THE 6 HR WAIT WAS VERY LONG. IN THE END, JOHN ADVISED THAT THEY HAD NEVER INSTALLED AN AFTER MARKET BACK UP CAMERA BEFORE SO IT WAS NEW TERRITORY FOR THEM. ALL IS WELL THAT ENDS WELL. AWESOMNE EXPERIENCE My granddaughter Danielle and I were looking for her a modest priced used car. She is 19 and just getting started in the world as a young adult. After looking most of the day at other lots where she was either ignored or pressured to buy a car of THEIR CHOICE not hers we came to S.H. Toyota tired and weary. We were greeted by Calvin McConnico sales with a smile. Danielle told him of her needs and he took us around and showed us various cars and prices. He was so very patient with all her questions and never once made her feel to young or incapable to know her needs . We then went inside to try to decide what to do. Then I was struck with a fantastic idea, I can give Danielle "Bessie"( my 13 year old Toyota with only 95,000 miles on her, that is barely broken in to a toyota and yes I name my cars doesn't everyone?. ). I bought myself a new car and that was not even planned, I truly hate looking for a car but it was so pain free and easy going at S.H. Toyota that it was actually fun. I have never said that about looking for a car before. THANK YOU CALVIN McCONNICO SALES AND TREVAN WILSON MANAGER FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. Danielle has not stopped talking about how nice yall were to her and that makes Nana Mary very happy. I knew that he and the service department would get the car in perfect condition. I also knew that if John said my car was safe to drive that I could trust his word and knowledge and the work of the service department.
