Has really been a terrible experience from beginning to end. Owner does not answer or return calls. Slow on all transactions if at all. We traded in a car and the owner never paid off the loan and gave us end. Owner does not answer or return calls. Slow on all transactions if at all. My life has been a living xxxx since I went to this dealer on 1/13/2022 he sold me a escalade that does not work I picked it on 1/14/20/2022 and from that date until 1/20/2022 I took the car back 3 tim dealer on 1/13/2022 he sold me a escalade that does not work I picked it on 1/14/20/2022 and from that date until 1/20/2022 I took the car back 3 times and it could not be fixed. He finally gave me back my depost but still has not returned the money to the finance company. he does not answer the phone or will not return text messages . he has had the escalade since 1/20/2022 and he even returned my trade in vehicle but will not give the finance company their money back. This guy sells half working or non working cars gets you into the worse deals ever and then has the nerve to say we will fix it if it breaks down knowing that it will cause its not fixed when you purchase it. I wish I never met this man all iwant him to do is make this right so I can never have to deal with him again. Taking advantage of hard working people with no so great credit More

Rob spent a lot of time with me looking over about a dozen different vehicles to make sure my daughter was pleased. He was extremely patient and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Every other dealer I went to either didn't want to be bothered or only cared about getting me to write a check. I can't recommend Sports and Imports enough. This is the dealership you want to go to if you are looking for a reliable vehicle for a fair price! Five Stars! More

Can’t believe how these guys handled a terrible, terrible situation. Extreme professionalism. About 2 months ago I overheard some guy and his wife (honestly it was the woman more than anything…) screaming situation. Extreme professionalism. About 2 months ago I overheard some guy and his wife (honestly it was the woman more than anything…) screaming in the lobby at the employees about how their car was repossessed by the bank after they bought the car. She kept saying “I was going to pay it” and then demanding the down payment back because the car was repossessed “unlawfully” (😂) when they didn’t pay. I don’t know how these guys kept a straight face. There were multiple people that were there to buy cars, including myself, and this guy and his wife were just an absolute nightmare. The owner snuck a salesperson through the service department to us while he was trying to explain how car loans work to this guy (way nicer than I would have been). Whole thing was handled incredibly well by the staff. To top it off, got the car I wanted 😁 - just brought it back for service today (caught a nail in the tire/oil change). Honestly, the whole situation could easily have been a comedy skit. The things this woman was saying were just… insane… hats off to these guys for trying to educate her instead of calling the cops. More

BEWARE!!!!! BAIT & SWITCHES - UNLAWFULLY REPOSSESS - LEMON VEHICLES ETC. They will sell you a pile of junk, finance you with a ridiculous interest rate (I'm talking 24% and higher), charge you double fe LEMON VEHICLES ETC. They will sell you a pile of junk, finance you with a ridiculous interest rate (I'm talking 24% and higher), charge you double fees for registration etc., not make any repairs that they promise to fix on the "We Owe You" slip, send you off with bald tires that are showing wires, lie to the finance company to get you funding about how much down payment you have, and then make up some story about the extra $3,000 they charged you for an extended warranty by saying, "the bank requires it because they don't want a customer who has a vehicle that needs expensive repairs and in turn causes them to not make the payment". And to top it off, they will unlawfully come and repo your vehicle while you are in the grocery store with your little kids after following you and your family around for weeks. All with no notice either. My vehicle sat in my driveway with easy access to it. They could of even knocked on my door and I would have given them the vehicle with no issues. But no, they waited until I had my husband with me and all my groceries to take the vehicle from a store parking lot. Then pretended to represent themselves as the financing company but it was really ROBERT AND SAM repossessing the car. I have never ever heard of a bank "kicking back a vehicle to the dealer" for them to handle repossessing the car. This place sells accident ridden vehicles that they piece together and are in bad mechanical and physical condition. Then they will keep your down payment of $2900 saying they incurred fees for taxes, title, etc. when they NEVER EVEN REGISTERED THE VEHICLE. I drove around with a temp tag for 3 months!!!!!!!! and never ever received my registration or anything up until they repossessed the vehicle. Please if you are in a tight position without the best of credit, don't even consider Sports and Imports... It will cost you more money and time in the end and all for what? A piece of crap that the check engine light came on immediately after leaving the lot, has an exhaust leak that sounds horrible, none of the features of the vehicle work properly, and that you are paying 3x what the vehicle is actually worth? Buy Here Pay Here's are better then this place. There is more to the story but in short just DONT GO TO SPORTS AND IMPORTS in Trenton.... Robert is a very good con-man. Pretends to relate to you, acts like he has your best interest at heart, baits and switches (My vehicle is still listed for sale on his site after purchasing it 3 months ago), all while he is really making a killing off of the piece of crap he is selling you. Horrible horrible place. The owner is a huge liar. We were looking at a mustang. He led my son on played games didn’t return phone calls and on and on. I told my son to forget about there a joke. But my son really liked car so they drove over four hours as they were told car was still available and when they got there the owner was not there, a no show and another employee told us the car had been sold for over a wk. I will be getting In touch with better business bureau and others. More

Bad business bad cars I recently purchased as car from this place. Very deceptive. They took zero time to sit down with us. They promised to fix the radio they never fixed I recently purchased as car from this place. Very deceptive. They took zero time to sit down with us. They promised to fix the radio they never fixed it never called us back after they ensured they would. A week after I purchased the car the most the engine went the tires were bad the car hadnt had any oil changes. And to top it off they do not answer your phone calls. Warranty isn't through them so don't even bother to get one. Overall I would never give them anymore business and I won't stop until these crooks are xxxx down. If the wife tries to talk any business don't listen because eveuthing she promises he does not even honor. She helped us with everything but when he came he did nothing that she promised us would be done. More
