Rob worked hard to get me approved. Him and his staff are knowledgable, acommodating and customer-service oriented. I have told friends and family about him. I will always be loyal to him and his dealership because they have been loyal to me. More

Great experience in purchasing a first car for my daughter! Awesome experience! I see there are negative reviews...but you have to remember that these are used cars and many had high mileage. So, anything can Awesome experience! I see there are negative reviews...but you have to remember that these are used cars and many had high mileage. So, anything can happen at any time. As a buyer, I did my research and did the best I can to pick out a clean car. And, many of the cars I saw there were in great shape. Yet, there were some I knew to stay away from based on research. Yet, I have to say...dealing with Rob and team was a great experience for us! Rob and the staff did everything to satisfy and resolve any of my concerns on the my purchase of a first car for my daughter. On top of that, I think we spent no more than 20 minutes negotiating a great deal that satisfied both of us! Yes...we're definitely a satisfied customer! Thanks Rob and team! Look forward to working with you again! PS...my daughter loves her car! More
Poor Quality Vehicles and Customer Service Never commented on a car purchase before, but I had to this time. This was the worst auto buying experience in my life. I knew I should have walked away that 1st day I drove up to the garage. I spent $13K for the Explorer, then had to sink another $2K in repairs in the fist 60 days. Then had to have the SUV towed back to the dealer after just a couple days. Now the timing chains need replacing costing another $3300. All in 4 months. After repeated phone calls and e-mails over this time (many unanswered) advising him of all these problems with nothing accomplished, I have had enough. Had to trade it in on another vehicle for only $6K. due to the repairs it still needs. Terrible vehicle and dealer. Don't trust them. More
Not going to complain to the Better Business Bureau So, this site does not have an easy way to change reviews like Yelp... To that effect I'm writing a review to counter my previous one. You hear so man So, this site does not have an easy way to change reviews like Yelp... To that effect I'm writing a review to counter my previous one. You hear so many stories about used car dealerships fleecing and cheating the unwary consumer and even people who have had some experience with the maintenance and care of vehicles... I left that same fear color my review before Rob, Sports & Imports, had any chance to defend himself or take care of my problem. For that I am sorry. The vehicle I purchased had seemed to be in good shape... However things are not always what they seem. I have had two issues with the vehicle that's far, 1 minor and one major, brake lines and transmission. To Rob and Mike's credit they have fixed each problem at Great personal cost to themselves and their business... They have consistently done the right thing and the fair thing. Used cars, like any product can suffer from unknown wear and tear as I'm sure all those who trade-in vehicles are not exclusively honest with how much damage they've done to the vehicle... I attributed this to Sports & Imports and I couldn't have been more wrong. As I write this review they have worked with an alacrity and gregarious speed to put a whole new transmission on my vehicle. This is the kind of dedication you very rarely see in any kind of sales. Please, while I'm awaiting my prior of you to come down listen to this one and not the fear addled ramblings of a worn Chevy Avalanche owner More
Terrible This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I was misled, lied to, and treated in a highly unprofessional manner by Robert and Matt This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I was misled, lied to, and treated in a highly unprofessional manner by Robert and Matt over the course of nearly 4 weeks of phone tag. They failed miserably to communicate and provide paperwork they were supposed to in order to complete the sale. Apparently being a used car salesman is a really difficult job nowadays. I had no idea! I offered all cash on an agreed price for the 2008 Saab Sportcombi I wished to purchase from sports and imports. Their unfortunate lack of communication skills (phone and email) led me to have to pursue them so I could attempt to purchase the vehicle. Now I’m pretty sure that it’s supposed to be the other way around, right? I had to repeatedly call them to follow up and find out what was going on because they wouldn’t answer the phone or call back. Nice job, guys. The car was in OK shape, and they certainly DID NOT disclose that there is a very large rip in the driver seat, which you’re unable to see in the pictures, various dings, scratches, and dents on the vehicle, and a lot of sand in the back where the spare tire is stored (get a vacuum, duh). It was a bit overpriced for its condition, to say the least. If you’re looking for a junk deal from junk dealers, then be my guest. These guys are the worst and I’m sorry I wasted any of my time trying to purchase a vehicle from them. More
My husband and I were shopping for a car for our daughter. Not only was Robert was very accommodating and patient, it was important to him that we find the right car for our daughter than "selling" daughter. Not only was Robert was very accommodating and patient, it was important to him that we find the right car for our daughter than "selling" a car and moving his inventory. When he got something in that he thought we'd like, he let us know. He even picked up a car at one of his affiliate's and brought it to his shop for us to see. Although we did not decide on a car that we AND our daughter both agreed on, we wished we could have found one here. The cars were priced well, and Robert's relaxed and easy going demeanor took the pressure off us so we could actually enjoy the shopping experience. By the way, we visited the dealership at their new Trenton location which is attached to a Marine center right on the Delaware River. Even though it seemed an unusual location for a car dealer, it made me feel a whole lot more comfortable shopping in Trenton. The first time I went there, I went by myself and felt safe and at ease with both the place and with Robert. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. So, even though we did not buy a car from this dealership, I still felt compelled to write this review. More

While test driving a car there, the dealer went out of his way to turn on the AC to show me that it worked. I thought nothing of it. I buy the car. A couple of weeks later, the weather gets hot...no cold his way to turn on the AC to show me that it worked. I thought nothing of it. I buy the car. A couple of weeks later, the weather gets hot...no cold air coming out of the AC. I bring it back and they charge me $50 to charge the AC again saying they detected no leaks. 2 days later...no cold air. So I am in the middle of having my local, trusted mechanic looking into the problem. I am going to have to eat the cost I know. Funny how they made sure to turn on the AC while I was test driving the car to show me that it worked. I got screwed. Never again. More
